I stayed with a travel group for about two weeks in this Hotel. I will start with the nice things. Upon arrival I got a free upgrade from a "budget" single room to a "deluxe" single room (double bed instead of single bed). The personal was very nice, spoke good english and the breakfast was also offering a good selection (no rotation however and just white toast for bread). I could wash my clothes in the back for free and printing something was also no issue. I had no problems whatsoever with the personal, they were very nice and helpful (although only every second person spoke english on a level that solves problems). Roomservice was also good and came daily.
My concerns are just directed at the management: Nearly everybody in my group had to deal with something different being broken. Often multiple things. I for my part stayed in two different rooms, the first one had a tv that did not work, ant infestations near the bed and in the shower. Which were not removed when hinted at with clear signs I put at the places in multiple languages. And you could not open the curtains (that was by design). Others had issues like a leaking AC for which they needed to empty a bucket up to twice a day, one room had a constant intense chlorine smell and just many little broken parts in the bathroom. The windows towards the (very) busy street had no sound isolation and sounded like they were open. The second room I stayed in could not properly close the door, the personal just showed be how to close it with removing the keycard in the right moment. (The keycard randomly stops working every one to two days) In this room the curtains could be moved, the toilet lid was broken and the window would never properly close. At the reception the proof of stay card was issued with wrong dates, the card reader rarely worked. Wifi was slow. Even the clocks representing different international times were wrong. The best part was that they wrongly issued our proof of stay hotel slips and then straight out refused to correct it, they would say that the police does not check...
Read moreThe hotel is very average hotel in terms of facilities and infrastructure. The very first red flag is No lift at the hotel. I had to carry my 25 kg bag 2 floors up and bring it down. The mattress is just cheap foam. The room was small and very cozy. I can’t walk around if i open my suitcase. The Breakfast is another scam, i went at 9:30 and there was 2-3 pieces of bread left abd few pieces of meat. There was no coffee even. They denied for any food. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They even canceled my booking from Agoda after confirmation and upon arrival they gave us Small room for 2 instead of family room which i booked. Overall i had a very bad experience. They took whole money from me at check-in and marked me as no show. I was supposed to receive cashback on my booking. They have fake and paid reviews from people and they pay for...
Read moreThe only reason why we picked this hotel was that it is 10 minutes by car from Tashkent airport.||And we had 5am early morning flight.||When we came there for check in the evening, it was surprise for me to hear that you can pay cash only (!).||You can pay in Uzbek sum, USD or euro.||We paid 70 euro per night ( luckily we had some cash left, otherwise you need to find ATM at night).||No credit card accepted.||It's a strange rule for hotel, it looks like they do not accept payment cards just for tax avoiding reasons.||No elevator as well. It means you need to drag your 23 kg luggage up to the third floor.||Room was very simple, view from the window on railway station and some garbage (photo).||All night it was noisy: you can hear planes, trains and club party next door.||I would not recommend this hotel and would not go...
