Regal Stay Hotel — Hotel in Tashkent

The hotel in itself is nice. They have made the best of their budget in creating a nice, luxurious looking place. Room was spacious enough and clean with a very good sized balcony and a super comfortable bed. The sauna, pool, gym and hamam were excellent and actually had a friendly member of staff down there, (he should be on the front desk). What let the hotel down in my opinion was the greeting at the front desk, cold and robotically formal, (a smile doesn't cost anything). The breakfast - reported to be fantastic but it was pretty average when we stayed. The location. Kind of run down area, (land was probably cheap there) and out of the centre. Overall, it was not unpleasant by any means but, everything considered, (including the price!) I'm not sure...

Pleasant enough hotel, convenient for the airport. Room comfortable and reasonably well-equipped. Public areas acceptable. Breakfast disappointing in terms of offer, with slow coffee service and on one morning, all out of butter at 08.45! Complained but got nowhere - no apology! On one day asked to borrow an iron and ironing board. No trouble we were told, but they were not brought to the room, despite asking again. Judging by other reviews, the hotel has perhaps deteriorated after becoming a Wyndham hotel. This would be surprising though as we stayed in good hotels if this...

We had a large group staying at the hotel. They Hotel treated the guests in the best way possible. The hospitality was unmatched. They made exceptions for the group.||||Also considering the travel being during the pandemic, all the necessary precautions were taken. The group felt very comfortable and safe.||||I would like to specially mention Olesya who went out of her way to accommodate and keep the group happy.||||A definite choice for anyone going...
