The Room or small apartment we called was more then enough for 2 adults, downstairs, had a good Kitchen with full size fridge and small Kitchen with stove top and Oven, kitchen also had 6 Seater dinner table. The lounge room had a nice large lounge to sit back and relax watching TV or movies. The Private pool was a Bonus we chose to add on to our booking and it worth it. The pool had a great view and was great way to finish off the day of tours and exploring or early morning swim watching the Sunrise. downstairs also had an extra toilet. Upstairs had an extra large very comfy bed, we are sure it was King size bed, upstairs room has a balcony another great spot to see sunrise over looking the Lagoon. The bathroom and shower was great the room has a walk in wardrobe. Rooms where always kept clean by the friendly cleaners. Service from the staff was fantastic, they helped us organise a hire car, told us how to get around town by bus or Taxi and told us the max we should pay from the city centre to hotel. definitively wanting to stay at this resort again.

Lovely boutique apartments. We had the 2 bedroom apartment, which was very spacious. The pool off the apartment, and the view, was just fantastic. The main pool was great too, not a huge resort-sized pool, but we were the only ones in it each time we went up there. A quick 70m walk to Mangoes for breakfast, or Happy Hour, in the afternoon. The WiFi was mostly very good, slower in the evening. But more likely a network thing, than the Terraces fault. TV stations a bit iffy (again network) but with logging into our own steaming services, it was fine. Getting around Vila is bit of a mission, but it's a 15-20min walk to Downtown and easy to find a taxi/bus back. Rooms do need a small tidying up, just general wear and tear, but all round a fabulous spot if you want some peace and quiet (no kids under 5 permitted), fabulous views and a place to sit and relax with a coffee in the morning or a bevvy in the afternoon.

Yes, you should stay here. Spacious accommodation with your own pool with great view overlooking the first lagoon. Breakfast was included and brought from Mangoes resort next-door (also very much recommended for dinner!) Service was great. Slept very well. Fans and aircon in bedroom, fans downstairs. 10 minute walk into town. 100% recommend. Note - it doesn't have beach or lagoon access but I didn't miss it as I prefer pools anyway.

We stayed long-term at The Terraces for 10 weeks as hubby was there for work in Port Vila. We found it perfect for our needs with a fully equipped kitchen and the resort facilities. It was very clean and quiet within the complex and has amazing staff. ||You can hear the entertainment from below at another resort along with pool fun and games, but we never found that to be an issue. There is a lot of sound carried up the hill from across the lagoon where there are many different churches, largely preaching (different days of the week, not just Sunday), but we got used to this and it was always finished by around 9pm. ||Room service from Mangoes Restaurant was wonderful. ||The infinity pool at the top of the resort was great for a daily swim of laps for me and hubby got good use of the gym. Our plunge pool was well used by hubby after a gym session or a walk in the morning, but was too cold for me to take a dip. ||Hilly surrounds made walking the 1km or so into Port Vila township a little uncomfortable in the heat, so we only did it once, other than for hubby's morning exercise walks. We had a hire car the whole time, so it didn't bother us much.||The views from both levels of the apartment were beautiful and we would happily stay there again. Magnificent sunrises.||There are easy gradient concrete steps throughout the complex and within the the one and two bedroom apartments so not easily accessible for wheelchairs. The studio apartments are on one level. Mangoes Resort next door, while also on the hillside has pathways throughout and single story accommodation if this is a consideration...

We booked this room in may 2019 I explained it was my hubby birthday and we needed a quite room as we don't sleep well, I then emailed once again a few days before arrival to remind of quite room. We arrived and our room backed right on to the tennis court (couldn't of got closer unless you were playing) when we saw the room it over looked the swimming pool from holiday inn also entertainment area, the lady from reception was with us, so I mentioned it was very loud as the holiday inn had music playing, I told her I was concerned about the position she said we are not full if there is a problem maybe we can look at move, but she knew I wasn't happy with room and position. That night was so loud Saturday night music playing till gone 12pm the neibours running upstairs at 2 am then cleaners at 8 am. That was our first night. Veiws amazing rooms tired and dirty, people seemed happy booking just 3 nights I wish we would have of done this. We were here for 7 nights, we had 3 changes of neibours 2 of which were smokers we booked non smoking room. Work men dumped rubble daiky at tge end of the pool when we were trying to swim and relax. We did speak to reception. Last day we were in the middle of a few people in other rooms so was really loud, the hotel advised us not to be tg a bus to airport so booked us their taxi for 11am, 11.20 staff said taxi was busy so sending a bus but same price as taxi???? buses are so much cheaper. So we ended up going airport 30 min late on a bus for the price of a cab. Not impressed and will never stay again. If you are booking only stay...

The Terrace Boutique Apartments, Port Vila are stunning, stylish and well-appointed. I had never been to Vanuatu and did not know what to book. I found an article that said the apartments were 'secluded but not in a good way.' What was that author talking about?....did he mix the venue up with somewhere else?.....the place is amazing and only a 5 minute walk to town or simply jump on the plethora of buses that pass right by the door! Staying here allows for the perfect vacation - privacy when you want it, action and entertainment when you want it. There is a stunning view, gorgeous private pool and a bed that you won't want to leave. With a fully equipped kitchen we enjoyed shopping for fresh produce at the local market and coming home to cook up a feast. Breakfast was at the sister resort Mangoes next door - it is so close it feels like the same place. The food was healthy and fresh and once again the staff were delightful. Assistance is only a call away if you need anything. The staff bend over backwards to please. So would i stay here again. YEP....every time....in...
