⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Amazing Stay at Coconut Palms Casino Resort! We just returned from a 4-night stay at Coconut Palms Casino Resort in Vanuatu, and we absolutely loved every minute of it! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and at home. The service was outstanding — everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Absolute crud! Hot water took 5-10mins to work, and then the shower head broke anyway. No blankets provided, and the room is so small I felt like I was in prison (no effort to decorate or create comfort settings either). Rotting timber door frames. The cigarette smoke from their casino caused me to have asthma all night. The staff were lovely and tried their best to fix the things that were wrong, but clearly management doesn't give them much to work with. I wish I took photos as the ones online don't show how bad it is (or how small the rooms are) but I was in such a hurry to move to another resort I forgot. We got our bond back but was only refunded for the 2 nights we did stay there and not the other 4 nights we then cancelled. It's also located near a correctional facility. Please choose somewhere else and support local (or at least Aussie)...
