Situated within a short and enjoyable walk from the busy centre, retreat seaside is nestled just above the lagoon with stunning views and plentiful amenities. Across the street is a fruit market and local park where you can pick up fresh produce and enjoy being a part of local life. |Dan is definitely the “host with the most”, full of knowledge and advice to make your stay on the island enjoyable from every aspect. |The property is well maintained and managed with something to get involved in almost every evening. |Can’t recommend this accommodation and restaurant enough! |Felt like home away from home and can’t wait to come back! |Great job to everyone involved here for creating such a unique place...

Disclaimer: I didn't stay here so can't give a full review. However, I did visit the sports bar one evening and had a really enjoyable time. The atmosphere was great and it was such a nice place to socialise with new people.

The resort is owned by a family originally from Australia who are very personable and welcoming, and I got the impression that they truly care about ensuring that their guests have a great experience.

Yet another great stay at The Retreat Seaside. I had a very nice studio apartment this time but a few different options are available The owners Andrew and Dan are onsite and new day manager Chris couldn’t be more helpful if you have any issues or questions. Food is always really good. Burgers,pizza and my favourite the chicken schnitzel which comes in a variety of interesting toppings. It is a popular sports bar with the locals so something is always going on From darts comps to Wednesday trivia night , and the big screens have all the latest sports action.
