Fivitel Boutique Da Nang — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights from 15/8 to 17/8/2024, and their level of service is beyond exceptional. Cara and Ivy went above and beyond their way just to help me with some questions. I have had a few incidents with 2 of my room. One was the blockage of water didn't get out fast enough from the bathroom, which turned out to be a false alarm, my daughter mistaken that for the rain shower spraying out from the top, so it wasn't blocked at all. And my room ac turned off by itself at 3am making it so hot, which my mistake, didn't see the on off button, could have just turned it back on instead but i called the front desk. The next morning, everyone in the service desk from lobby to 3rd floor breakfast area knew about my incidents and they continuously apologize and making it up to ensure that they are so sorry about this experience. Which is not their fault to begin with. It is just a small issue. But the fact that they are on top of things, really amaze me. It doesn't end there, they went on to inform me that since i am going to leave for the airport at 1pm, they asked me to have a late check out in order to have a good rest before leaving for airport. That was really good because the weather was too hot and a quick shower was really helpful.

Then they even informed me that they have prepared a car to drive me and my family to the airport which was way too nice of them to do that. This is really a great experience and for them going out of their way to provide me and my family with such comfortable stay, it is absolutely lovely. Rooms are spacious. And it is clean everyday. The bathroom is clean with full toiletries. breakfast is good enough and most importantly they can even book a grab for me when i ran out of my data and couldn't access my grab app. This is really an amazing experience and part of the travel is knowing that you are well taken care of. Exceptional value with warm hospitality!

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel’s thoughtful amenities and outstanding service. The price included a complimentary 30-minute massage, gym access, swimming pool, breakfast, unlimited use of rental bikes, and free airport transfer (which was not mentioned initially, leading me to book a car unnecessarily)—an incredible deal considering the level of comfort and convenience provided. The staff’s attentiveness and seamless communication were evident in their quick problem-solving, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their dedication to ensuring a great experience was truly commendable.

That said, there were some drawbacks. The shower door didn’t close properly, leading to significant water leakage after every shower. Additionally, the provided toothbrushes were of such poor quality that they were practically unusable.

We stayed for three nights, and unfortunately, the breakfast was underwhelming—lacking sufficient protein, with some dishes being excessively greasy. The ventilation also needs improvement, as my clothes absorbed a strong oily smell, which is not ideal for guests or the cooks’ lung health. Installing a better exhaust system or even air purifiers would make a significant difference. Many of the salt containers were clogged due to the large grain size, making them difficult to use; switching to more suitable containers would be a simple yet much-needed improvement.

Moreover, the surrounding area—and even the city itself—offers limited attractions, making it less ideal for those seeking a vibrant destination. On top of that, I could still hear music performances and traffic at night, even after closing all the windows (I stayed on the 7th floor), which might be an issue for...

Stayed 4 nights here. Location is great if you are seeking a quiet yet centrally convenient place to sights in central Danang. Stayed on the 14th floor, although just next to the lift, was not disturbed by the people moving in and out of the lift. Conversely, I was more disturbed by the howling wind and the pelting of rain against the windows. Had a great view of the Dragon bridge but if you are looking to watch the fire show on weekends, this hotel gives the tail end view.

Buffet breakfast was complimentary, good mix of local and international spread. Had a blast trying out the local cakes and dishes that is often seem sold on the streets in bulk.

Room was very spacious and clean. Floor was still wet when I checked in. Bathroom came with a huge size bathtub. Can be a little dangerous when climbing out after a shower.

Had a 30min complimentary spa voucher at the spa place located on level 2. Topped up for another 30min for a full body massage. Massage was great.

This hotel caters mainly to independent small group travellers, mostly Asians and local tourists. Service staff was polite and patient. Had a complimentary airport transfer on check out as I was a "long stayer"

Lots of local and Chinese food nearby at local prices. Danang Cathedral, Han market etc are a 10min walk while Con market and Big O took about 20mins via Google map. By Grab however, it's a short 5mins ride to almost everywhere and 10,min to the airport. Good...
