Iris Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

This hotel is located in the center of the old part of Danang and a short walk to Cho Con (Con Market), and Big C. The neighborhood area is full of fashion clothes shops, mostly local brands.||||This is more traditional hotel in the city and therefore do not expect WOW factors. But for the price you pay, it serves its purpose.||||Breakfast is included in your room price and the hotel offers mostly local dishes on the menu. There are quite a variety and you can pick only one dish and one drink. The breakfast set will include one hot dish, one drink, one cold tea and one yogurt.||||I stayed here for a week and would probably consider it too long. It would be better to consider a place near the beach. In danang, hotel prices are very reasonable especially during off peak season. For the same price paid to this hotel, you could find a 3-star hotel with sea view.||||If considering booking this hotel, you might consider booking through online agents as the price tends to be cheaper than booking direct at the hotel. Good location, chose this because needed someplace to rest and shower before the overnight train to Hanoi. Room is big, mostly clean, but the bed linens smells. The shower is powerful and clean, but hot water ran out in less than 5 minutes. Hotel only provided one-time use packaging shampoo and shower gel (see picture). Although we closed the glass shower door but water still leak to the floor (see picture). Overall is reasonable for this low price, served our purpose. Centrally located hotel in a busy area close to Cho Con market, retail stores, the railway station and a few restaurants. No actual “touristy” venues. Basic breakfast included but there are more restaurants nearby for a greater selection. Room was basic, needing updating and some maintenance, but for the price?
