Southwestern Guest House — Hotel in Cần Thơ

NO HOT WATER , ask for the guys to fix it , he comes up and "fix" it for a couple of minutes and I and my brother still have to shower with cold water . No more help from the staff after that . At night I call to ask for couple of pillows for us and get the answer that they all book up and there is no more extra pillow then without waiting for me to respond she HANG UP on me , what a good customer service, not worth the money . The bed is dirty and have ants , lots of them , I will not recommend this place to anyone .and if there is negative star I am for sure gonna give...

They claimed that they put water in my room but i didnt see any, then they force me to pay when i checked out. Please be very careful staying here. Ask them for room items checklist and take a picture as proof, if items is missing from the room must notify them as much...

Mình đã gọi 1 phòng 4 người, lễ tân đưa 2 chìa phòng 2 chìa như gài bẫy người ta mà mình thì đưa gì cầm đó vì tin tưởng, không nghĩ là khách sạn làm vậy. Lúc lên tầng thì xem lại hoá ra có tận 2 chìa, xuống dưới nói lại thì lễ tân nói là "cầm chìa khoá rồi thì phải trả tiền" thậm chí mình còn chưa mở cửa phòng mà lại nói như vậy, đến lúc kêu gọi công an với check camera xem đã nói gì và đã sử dụng phòng chưa thì rén, nói nhỏ nhẹ lại như thể là chưa có lỗi gì và làm như...
