First off, checking in was easy. Room was slightly clean, not 100% but mostly. When calling for extra pillow / towels in vietnamese the guy who came seemed extremely bothered by the request at around 1am. (Pro tip, if you don't like night shift, don't work at night) In the morning, vietnamese don't understand the concept of being low key as there's a lack of soundproofing in the halls. I was woken up violently at 630 am with just a few hours of sleep with people knocking on doors down the hall. It seemed like it was on our door though with how seemingly loud the sound reverberated on the same floor. The people in the room next door, you will hear their conversation as if they're in your room as they're like Spanish people, they'll talk loud and don't care about anyone else's situation. I would have rated this a 3 star if service at night wasn't bothered by our request.

Conclusion: If you want to sleep as long as you'd like till you wake up normally. Sleep elsewhere.

If you're a heavy Sleeper and don't mind noise, this isn't a bad place. There's water, Netflix, hot water, even toothbrush provided if you forget anything. Easy access to liquor/beer at local stores just a 5 minute walk away. Grab brings whatever else you want. Great location.

Overall, it's not a bad experience. If you want better service and dont speak viet, speak english and they'll serve you better than if you speak viet. Waking up from someone loudly banging on doors across the hall on the other side of the floor isn't reasonable. Also, rude inconsiderate vietnamese visitors talking so loud in the morning like they own the place without consideration for other guests wasn't a great experience. Slept 3-4 hours max. Appreciate the opportunity to visit this place. Hope they increase soundproofing. Otherwise, lion 7 is another option. Plenty of other places around the same price that won't wake you up with loud...

we rent 2 rooms for 1 night in Can Tho. For fist day we check in at 3pm but hotel confirm 1 room is not available, I was disapointed beacuse nobody inform us in advange for late check in then Receptionists change others room for us but feel they are not happy at all. Second day, we return 1 room fist around 9:30 am and my sister inform they others will be late check out, receiptionist had not say anything. then around 12:15pm they call me and ask to check out immidiately. They said my sister told check out later ( before 12pm) not mean late check out even I accept late check out fee. I have small child ( only 8 months ) and have not package my stuff, but seems they do not want to support me at all. They accept me to late check out more 45 minutes still 1pm (with payment). My baby and me stayed in receptionist area for 1 hour without AC and they have not support anything.

Khách sạn mới xây, đẹp, nội thất tiện nghi, giá ổn. Nhưng toilet ko sạch lắm, kiểu đông khách nên vệ sinh ẩu, vẫn có mùi khó chịu. Toilet trệt ngay thang máy lúc nào cũng có mùi hôi, mỗi lần đi thang máy là phải bịt mũi 🥲🥲

Thêm cái nữa, hầu như bây giờ các khách sạn từ 2 sao trở lên đều có mpos cà thẻ rồi. Mình muốn thanh toán bằng thẻ thì lễ tân từ chối và nói: ⁃ chuyển khoản có tốn phí đâu mà c sợ K hiểu ý của lễ tân là gì nhỉ? Tốn phí hay k tốn phí nó k quan trọng, chủ yếu muốn cà thẻ cho tiện, mà lễ tân trả treo nghe phát chán. Nói chuyện với khách mà cứ lo bấm đt !!! Tính đánh giá 5 sao dù cái toilet hôi ình, nhưng mà thái độ lễ tân siêu chán,...
