Ninh Kiều 2 Hotel — Hotel in Cần Thơ

me and my family were supposed to stay for 2 nights but we barely lasted for 1.

first the rooms, we had 11 people and we split up into 2’s and one group of 3. in the group of 3’s room the aircon started leaking an insane amount of water at least 3 litres worth. in one group of 2’s room the wall had mold on the wall. my room the aircon was barely a aircon it worked but it wasn’t cold it was the slightest breeze even at the coldest temperature, i ended up switching rooms 2 times the second room the shower didn’t work and the aircon once again wasn’t working so we got another room where the bathroom door didn’t even open at first and the aircon also wasn’t working. then the morning we were leaving when you rung the doorbell the bathroom light would flicker and the opposite side of the shower head the bathtub was leaking water

my brother tried going to the gym he took the bar off the rack and h the rack fell down but luckily he caught it and pushed it back up and the bench wasn’t bolted into the rack so it just fell over

people were allowed to smoke freely in the hallway in front of the elevator.

the service was pretty good they came relatively quick and had workers to fix the all stuff i think in the hotel cause they came in minutes to fix stuff.

but even with the good service this stuff shouldn’t be happening in a hotel, i’d never...

We have never gave bad review but today we have to.||We booked 9 rooms for 3 nights here. We came early around 10:30 in the morning, very rude dude in the front desk kept saying we can't get in until 2pm. We didn't expect to get in sooner than 2pm but it seem he was not happy with too many people (18 people) around the lobby too early.||The hotel is super old, dark and dirty. You can see layers of dust everywhere, spiderwebs at all conners. Lot of guests are smoking inside the hotel (Lobby - No smoking area) ||They gave us 6 rooms first (3 rooms later whenever they are ready). My room was on the 3rd floor which is where they do body massage business on the same floor. It was terrible, my room was badly smell, dirty, creepy and wet. I couldn't think twice, left the room and went to the lobby. When i reached to lobby i already saw all my people from my group down there - they just left their rooms because same reasons. We have been staying hotels all over the world and never seen any hotel that bad.||We left the hotels and stay at other hotel nearby. Called agoda to try to get the money back. The hotel manager there kept telling lie to Agoda and refused to cancel our bookings. We lost all money for 9 rooms x 3 nights, but we glad we did....

If you like dark, creepy, old, broken, dirty hotels then definitely stay here!||||Our room 504 was very dirty. ||The bathroom floor had a pile of hair (not ours) in a corner. The amenities tray hid a few used hair elastics. The towels were smelly.||The shower leaked water all over the floor and when we contacted Front Desk twice to request more towels to wipe the floor, they sent us 2 x face washers.||We had 2 beds in the room - one with sheets burned from cigarettes, the other with a blood stain.||||The hallways are barely lit and where they are, the bulbs flicker.||The wall directly opposite the lift (Level 5) was stained with a suspicious brown trail.||It was a creepy place and we are glad we only stayed 1 night. ||The rest of our tour group were all in agreement that the hotel was disgusting.||||The location however is excellent, right on the main street of Can Tho and easy walking distance to the night markets, banks, restaurants, department store, bakeries and...
