The Waitress only gave us two plates when it was a party of three. I had to ask for an another plate even though it was obvious that we were a party of three. We had leftover pizza and she offered to pack up the food for us but she NEVER came back to give us our pizza—this is despite the fact that the cashier took over 5mins to charge my credit card. Granted I forgot to ask for my food but I was more focused on them having issues charging my card properly. Fundamentally there are too many issues with this place. This place is not worth your money as they charge a premium for being a western themed restaurant but unable to provide basic services one would expect at any western style restaurant. Average and mediocre. Definitely overpriced for a medium sized pizza which was more of a small sized one for one person. The place is slightly dirty with crumbs and condiments on the floor underneath the chairs especially. Staff don’t speak english and don’t quite understand the menu either and I had to keep using google translate. Not the best but I guess if you’re craving for something you’ve got to make do with...

What a scam this place is. We ordered a medium size pizza for 219.000 Dong to takeawa. So not a cheap deal in the first place. The pizza we got was just about 20cm in diameter. What would a small sized pizza even look like? This is the worst deal we've ever received in the whole country.
