Eco Farmer House Sapa - Muong Hoa Valley — Hotel in Cau May Ward

Chào mọi người, review từ trải nghiệm của bản thân em ở đây vào cuối tháng 12, đầu tháng 1 ạ. Ở Eco Farmer House trong bản quá lạnh với lại gặp nhiều vấn đề. (English below) Có miếng lót điện sưởi trên nệm nhưng mà chỉ đc 5,10 phút là nó hết ấm. Và cũng ko cắm điện liên tục được vì chị chủ dặn là nhớ rút điện ra vì bị giật điện ạ. View của homestay rất là đẹp, em ko phủ nhận nhưng mà gió và cũng ko có máy sưởi hay điều hoà gì hết lạnh ko thể ngủ được. Quần áo ấm em đem đi mấy hôm trời lạnh, mưa em có nhờ homestay giặt sấy từ trưa hẹn chiều lấy để mặc chứ em hết đồ ấm nhưng mà đợi tới tối ko ai trả đồ cho em. Em gọi điện thoại hai lần thì cúp máy không nghe, em có nhắn tin để lại thì cũng ko ai trả lời. Em đi bộ lên thì nói là à điện thoại mất tín hiệu ( mất tín hiệu cũng đổ chuông được mấy hồi mới tắt cái bụp) hẹn tí đem xuống thì tới bây giờ gần 11h tối rồi vẫn không thấy gì. Homestay có bán đồ ăn, trưa em ăn rất ngon ko vấn đề gì tới tối nói bận phải phục vụ 30 khách nên chỉ còn mì gói trứng với lẩu cá tầm mà 2 món này em ở Sapa được mấy hôm thì ăn mấy lần rồi. Em mua 2 hộp trái cây đem vào phòng ăn thì bạn nhất khoát không cho, nói hôi phòng bắt phạt, phải ra ngoài ngồi , trong khi 30 khách ăn uống nhộn nhịp, bọn em chẳng liên quan gì 😅. Gió thì lạnh, em cũng ko hiểu sao ăn trái cây lại hôi phòng nữa ạ.

Hi everyone, reviewing from my experience here in late December, early January. The Eco Farmer House is too cold with many problems. There is a heat blanket on the mattress, but it only warm in 5 to 10 minutes . And it can't be powered on continuously because of an electric shock. The view of homestay is very beautiful, I do not deny but windy and there is no air conditioner or heater so cold that it is impossible to sleep. Warm clothes I wear for a few days when it's cold, I ask for washing and ironing but waited until the evening no one returned my clothes. I called twice, then they hung up and didn't answer, I texted back but no one answered. I walked up and they said that the phone had lost its signal (the signal was lost but it would ring to turn off the beep) after a while, it was almost 11pm and still haven't seen anything. Homestay sells food very well, no problem until evening, They said must serve 30 guests, so don not care us, they only have instant noodles with sturgeon hotpot, but these 2 dishes I have eaten in Sapa many times in few days. I bought 2 boxes of fruit to enter the room, they donnot allow us, have to sit outside because fruit smell their room. The wind is cold, I don't understand why I eat fruit in room...

If you ever come to Sapa, you should definitely come to this place. Hanh is a great host; he made sure we were comfortable and took great care of us. This place feels like you live with a family in Sapa, but you still have your own privacy. The place is well maintained with great gardens and clean space. The rooms are super clean, and the views are breathtaking. They have a shared dorm and private rooms. Hanh cooks the food himself, and he is a great chef. They have karaoke and a TV in case you want to have a movie night. The location of the homestay is great for discovering the villages around and having a great experience in Sapa. I cannot recommend...

Serendipitously we came across this place on our hike up to Sa Pa. We stopped here for a coffee and were friendly welcomed by a lady. A beautiful well maintained place with a stunning view! The Vietnamese coffee we had was amazing and the staff very friendly. We didn’t spend the night here but the rooms looked really nice! Would consider this place for our next stay in Sa Pa....
