Hoàng Gia Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Da Lat City

Usually I wouldn’t write a review, but people need to know that the stay there was the bed was gross and terrible.

First off the beds had hair strands on it, there were small bugs running in and out the bed cracks, stains on the blankets and bed (they left marks on my arms and legs) the mattress was stiff and hard and the bed frame kept breaking as soon as you sit down. There is limited hot water, following with the bathroom being rusty and gross. Now the main reason I’m only writing this review is that the cleaners STEAL YOUR STUFF I had multiple items stolen from me. This happened when I requested my room to be cleaned (due to needing the bin to be taken out and refills on toiletries) at first it was a few items that was my makeup items. I went to the receptionist to inquire about it if the cleaners have seen it, the workers noted that they will let me know when they see the cleaner that was the second day of arrival. Throughout the day I met the cleaner and had a talk to her (only one cleaning lady), she seemed sweet and nice, so I just tried to look around the room again just to double check still nothing. Day 3 of room service my towel went missing, I assumed the cleaner mistaken it for their hotel towels and went to ask for it back, I was noted that they will find it. Day 4 of checking out I realised more stuff have been stolen, I know where I placed my stuff. I had a talk with the cleaner as she said she never seen it and asked me to double check my luggage. At that point I have emptied out my luggage trying to find at least one of my items but found nothing as I refolded my clothes. I talked to the manager as he wasn’t able to do anything about it.

I would given them the money if they needed it, instead of them stealing my stuff honestly.

Overall terrible experience, highly unacceptable that nothing could be done about the situation. Would not recommend to anyone unless you’re ready for the cleaner to steal your stuff and try to get into your suitcase.

Ks vị trí rất đẹp, gần chợ ngay trung tâm, phòng sạch sẽ và decor xinh, có máy sấy tóc, ấm đun nước, nhân viên rất niềm nở, cởi mở, CSKH trên page trả lời tin nhắn tích cực. giá thời điểm hiện tại là 550k-650k tùy phòng. Góp ý là mình ở phòng đôi cơ bản nhưng thiếu gương, ks nên có 1 cái gương bên ngoài vì gương trong wc là không đủ và bất tiện trong sinh hoạt (make-up, diện đồ,...) Ngoài ra thì phòng cách âm k tốt nên nhiều lúc bị ồn ào do hàng xóm. Kết luận là oke, đối với ng không yêu cầu cao như mình thì quá oke so với giá, sẽ...

hôm qua book khách sạn( người quen giới thiệu ), mới lên nằm tí trong nhà vệ sinh rớt đồ dô thấy vòi sen rớt nhưng mình không nói lại với khách sạn, bởi vì nói chắc gì người ta tin sệch giá thấy cũng 89k nên kệ nghĩ lâu lâu đi du lịch mà mấy chục nên thoi, sáng trả phòng mình có nói vòi sen bị vậy anh bảo giá 599k chịu 50% là 300k nghĩ mà cay ( nói thách dữ vậy trời )phòng view đẹp,sạch sẽ, có máy sấy nha nói chung ok lắm do mình xui thoi, đến về rồi còn làm mất thẻ phòng mà ( thẻ phòng mất đền...
