Khách Sạn Lê Phương @ Đà Lạt — Hotel in Da Lat City

My stay here was the worst experience of my life. I booked 2 nights. As plan, I would be at Dalat at 6am, but we arrived earlier, about 4am. I carefully phoned to ask them if there was any available room at that time. They answered yes, we fixed the price and moved in. ||When waking up after a short rest, they claimed us for losing a customer and force us to compensate, because the room we were in should have belonged to that customer. They complained that was our fault when checking in earlier than plan (of course beside 2-night booking, we must pay for half-day price for that morning). That was so ridiculous! They claimed us for their staff's mistake! Their words were so defiant and rude that our family (with 2 children) must pack and leave as soon as possible. Of course they didn't pay back the money that we deposited.||We were so disappointed with this problem. They spoiled the image of Dalat. We even doubt of the reliability of good feedback and review...

Location was great, bed comfortable, breakfast to be made by yourself, simple but enough. Tasty yogurt. There is enough furniture in the rooms to feel comfortable and have everything needed. The owners are very very nice and helpful. I wish we met them earlier to but all our transfers and activities with them rather than internet. However we were at the B&B not the Main hotel and didn’t meet the owner until the very last day. Phuong was so nice and called our limo transfer to Saigon to verify and confirm our late pick up. Later on they had us transfer our luggage to the main hotel which is on the road and we were picked up from there. Her father stayed with us till 10:30pm And communicated with the limo van driver fee times to make sure all was good. The place is a bit hidden in an alley, but there is good signage ... ||Loved the place. Everything is decent and clean, the host provides attention to detail and provides their guests with an incredible array of breakfast items and other local snacks and fruit. One day I spend almost all morning having breakfast in the kitchen and getting some work done one the computer, making coffee myself, having another toast with jelly ... even made scrambled eggs for lunch ... no charge at all. The family who also owns a hotel around the corner is really supervise and do anything to assist you with your needs.||'Been traveling for 2 month and at that point it was a welcome change to get the feeling of 'home' for a few days. ||Loved the place and had a good time in Dalat.||I suggest to get a scooter for a least a day and...
