Hello, I'm Vietnamese but I write this review in English to recommend this hotel not only to Vietnamese but also foreigners. I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 5 days and the experience was super great! Rooms & facilities: The rooms are quite small but have sufficient facilities. All are new and in good conditions. There is an elevator so no need to worry about heavy luggage. Each room has a window/balcony, so they are always cool without air-conditioners. A hidden mirror and bathroom cups are little things that I like here. Location: The hotel is located near a lake (a roundabout) so it is easy to find. We do not have to worry about flood as well. There are many good restaurants near the hotel. We also find great pottery and socks shops nearby to buy souvenirs. Decorations: A big plus for this point, the hotel has many beautiful check-in spots. The main hall is well-decorated. Also, the smell of aromatic oil is quite refreshing and comfortable. Service and staffs: The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel also offers discounts in its bakery shop for customers. The staffs are nice and helpful. They are thoughtful and proactive in helping customers, eg. lending umbrellas or good-bye cookies. Price: I think it is reasonable. There is no extra fees as well. Keep up the good work! I will return the...

Drawfront: Great spacious place with a wild view into the neighboring...back yard, not as weird as it sounds 'cause the yard is well-kept and lighting at night sorta boost thy mood. If you're white, book this room asap, the morning sunlight is a delight. Walking distance to almost everywhere, breakfast & lunch aplenty next doors. Bathroom amenities are good. Greatttt bed, I'd bet even NBA players be comfy here (Shaq + Yao Ming need not apply)
Drawback: Could do better sound insulation (really nitpicking here) Err on the coffee, I bet this can easily be remedied (and no, not the in-room complimentary set, but from their own breakfast shop)
Consensus: Totally worth the peso spent. Elevate your mood visiting Dalat as the place is always welcoming after a roadtrip. The lobby is decked out nicely as well, don't know why I sensed a New York upscale condo lobby...
Read moreHotel Du Ciel is truly located in the center of Dalat, bringing a cozy vibe. My room is quite spacious, clean and soundproofed quite well even though this hotel is right on the street front. Besides, the hotel staffs were nice when they let me check in earlier if there was room available.
For this Christmas season, the hotel's living room is decorated beautifully with a warm vintage Christmas theme. As my time in Dalat was quite rush, I didn't have time to take some pictures for my review, but you can also check other reviews on Google to see photos of the hotel.
With all nice amenities, room prices are very competitive. Hence, I will be back to Hotel Du Ciel for the next time I come to Dalat. And I highly recommend this hotel to you if you still haven't found a hotel to...
