Là Em Boutique Villa — Hotel in Da Lat City

I have stayed in many places in Da Lat, but I have never found such a perfect hotel in every way.

Là Em Boutique Villa is amazing because of the beautiful garden and interior. The silence, the fresh air, the morning sunshine give incredible relaxation and make it feel like a quiet oasis. The hotel is a little away from the city center and busy streets, so it is very quiet. You can reach the center with only a 20–30 minute pleasant walk.

The standard room has everything you need: a comfortable bed, an armchair, a desk, a wardrobe, a mini bar, and a spacious shower with strong hot water and all toiletries.

The cleanliness in the room and the whole hotel impressed me. The bathroom fixtures shine, the bed linen and towels are perfectly white and smell fresh, just like in a five-star hotel. The staff kept this cleanliness every day. Cleanliness is very important for me, usually I even bring my own cloth and cleaner, but here I didn’t need them at all.

Breakfast is included, and it is wonderful to eat in the garden in the morning, enjoying the light, the birds singing, and the smell of flowers. On Friday we were also offered an afternoon tea with snacks, absolutely free. It was such a pleasant surprise and a lovely compliment from the hotel.

The staff are very polite, attentive, and caring. We understood each other very well, and they helped us solve all our questions. It made us feel truly relaxed and enjoy our holiday.

This is the best place. If I return to Da Lat, I will not spend a second searching for another hotel, I will come straight to Là Em Boutique Villa.

Cozy Comforts and Missed Details

The hotel exudes coziness and is enveloped by a delightful garden brimming with flowers and vegetables. The charming decor on the first floor, featuring wooden objects, enhances the ambiance. The rooms and bathrooms are generously sized and impeccably clean. Furthermore, the corridor is adorned with a plush sofa and a well-stocked bookshelf, adding to its inviting atmosphere. The shared balcony overlooking the vegetable garden is a delightful feature, offering a serene retreat.

My overall rating could have been a perfect 10/10, but a disappointing discovery on the last day of my stay soured my experience. Returning from a lengthy trip, I learned that the hotel provided tea breaks on weekends, a detail never mentioned during check-in. This omission left me feeling deceived over what seemed like a trivial matter. Despite the staff's explanation that this information was available in the booking details, I believe guests should be fully informed upon arrival. Additionally, I noticed a lack of eye contact from the receptionists, suggesting a need for improved guest interaction training. Moreover, I felt that the 3-option breakfast could be more tailored to...

Breathtaking. We stayed in Dalat for the long weekend, and our experience could not have been more superb.

Là Em's decor takes a page from the architecture in Tuscany, and it shows. The building bursts with colors, providing a much needed reprieve from the quaintness of the city, yet doesn't induce any sensory overload. The front garden is the definitive crown jewel of this place: airy, spacious, with plenty of foliage, seating and string lights to give your outings an extra kick.

Staff are friendly and more than ready to accommodate our needs. Rooms are clean and comfy, and we also got better rates by booking directly with the villa. Great breakfast. The steep hills on the way up might not be for the faint of heart, though, so prepare accordingly if you're walking.
