Lacasa May — Hotel in Da Lat City

The room is dirty. It is very different from the impression in the photo. narrow. The towels also stink. There was a coffee stain on the coffee cup. Water pressure is also bad. The toilet paper is in a strange position and I can't get it out.Who designed it? The window is broken. The outside noise is too loud. Breakfast was included, but the room was so dirty that I didn't feel like eating, so I didn't eat it. A room you don't want to return to. I don't know why hotels in Dalat as a whole are expensive, but considering the quality of this room, I felt it was extremely expensive. Also, I have to take off my shoes to go up the stairs, but I don't understand why. The staff can speak English and are very helpful. I asked if they sold ice, and they offered it to me, but it was rotten ice. The location is okay, not too far from the center and not too close. Dalat is small so it doesn't matter where you stay. Instagrammable Place. Lovely View. Reasonable Price. Need to walk about 20-30 mins to the downtown night market area. Can take Grab bike/Grab taxi for faster option. Nearby hotel has a local chicken soup shop and have to try it. It mix the whole chicken with bamboo shoot and instant noodle. We can opt out the season powder if we want healthier option. The staffs cannot speak English well but they are helpful and still can communicate what we want and what we need. Please note that hotel breakfast is only one, which is day of the breakfast meal eg, Vietnamese Traditional Noodle or Traditional Bread with Traditional Tea. But No coffee serving. Its good for me with the budget that I paid. Overall, I still love to go back again to that hotel because of the killer view from my room which can oversee the mountain and ...

The room was pretty bare bones and was pretty badly designed, the toilet was a pull from the inside with no handles and plugs were awkwardly placed.

mishaps: we booked for 11/6-15/6 and said we would check in at 5am but they proceeded to schedule us on the 12/6 but thank god the previous person only stayed till 2pm. we were essentially homeless for half a day, once we got in they took two of our passports which they completely forgot about, when we left (almost left town without it and they didn't even know which and how many of our passports they took.) Then the beds, so we discussed that we needed another bed beforehand which would be deducted but it didn't so we only paid when we checked out and even tho we had it discussed they didn't have a bed avail on...
