Memory inn Dalat - Green Villa — Hotel in Da Lat City

Staff okay and trying to help. Scooter rental for an affordable price.

Basically a place with a lot of potential but cockroaches every day of our stay, one was killed by the kind man from the reception,we needed his help as it ran under the bed, the other 3 that visited our room we killed ourselves as they were smaller than the first. The 2nd day the neighbour decided to make a big fire in front of our balcony and the room filled with smoke as the balcony door and window are not properly insulated. Long black hairs all over the floor, bedsheets and towels which we had to pick off and clean. That was our experience in the first hours in Da Lat. Fridge does not cool, room temperature almost (around 15 degrees Celsius?)in both rooms, so standard we think. Even after we could change the room there were 2 cockroaches again in our room and hairs on the floor, bedsheet and towels. Cleaning service must be improved, especially for the price they are asking at this place. Small and uncomfortable bed on top. Very quality hotel with great service. The young man at the front desk stood outside in the rain and held an umbrella over us as we waited for our car. Hài lòng: Vị trí ngay trung tâm Đà Lạt nên đi chơi rất tiện, phía trước hẽm có 2 của hàng tạp hoá mở tới khuya nên cũng rất tiện Không gian xung quanh lúc mình ở yên tĩnh, mát mẻ, view ổn Phòng ốc, bàn ghế thì mình thấy sạch sẽ, không mùi, tivi, đèn đốm okay, mình dùng phòng 203 đối diện thang máy, cửa phòng có 2 khoá Toilet sạch sẽ, bồn rửa tay, bồn tắm và vòi sen nóng lạnh sài ổn, làm nóng/lạnh nhanh Lúc mình book thì khách sạn rất dễ dàng và rất linh động cho mọi người nếu có thể nha, mình có hỏi checkin sớm, thuê xe xin trễ 1 tiếng bạn tiếp tân cũng thoải mái không làm khó khăn gì :D

Không hài lòng một xíu: Giá thuê xe: xe số 100k, tay ga 150k, airblade 170k, lúc mình thuê thì xui hết xe rồi, 150k cho 1 chiếc Vision máy khá yếu, nên nếu gần hết xe tốt chắc nên tìm chỗ chuyên cho thuê xe thì câc bạn sẽ có dc trải ngiệm tốt hơn Thang máy rất nhỏ nhe mọi người, chứa tối đa 4 người là cùng Tủ lạnh mini vô dụng, không hề lạnh nổi dù đang chạy :v Các tủ quần áo thì tạm được, mình thấy vẫn còn hơi dơ...
