My Dream Hostel — Hotel in Da Lat City

The host is kind and very helpful. She would make everything to help you during your stay. Rooms are tidy and clean. Location is good.

Unfortunately there were a few problems with the house. The curtains don’t close completely in the room that we got, so a lot of light enters the room and there’s no way of keeping the room dark in the morning. The breakfast was quite simple, only bread and a bit of jam, and a small banana. You have to pay extra for one egg and, since one of us cannot eat gluten, there was no other option provided, but the price stayed the same. There were many mosquitoes in the room. My dream hostel is a great home stay, Ha and her daughter in law were so welcoming and friendly and recommended lots of things to do in Da Lat. Rất tệ, tệ nhất mình từng ở Đà Lạt, phòng ẩm thấp, toilet rất nhỏ mà còn hôi , không trang bị dụng cụ vệ sinh.... đặt trên Booking nhưng phòng sai địa chỉ, đường hẻm xuống dốc rất khó đi, phòng 2 giường cho 3 người mà chỉ có 2 bộ mền gối tối mới có thêm. phụ thu tới sớm (60% giá phòng =200k) nhưng lại nhận phòng tạm không có toilet chỉ dùng để gửi đồ không ở được, trưa mới có phòng dọn qua. thuê 2 xe máy tại home thì tính từng phút từng giờ, còn chụp hình mức xăng gửi mình để làm chứng để đổ lại khi trả xe, giao xe đi được buổi sáng hư 1 chiếc không đổi xe khác, lấy đi sửa hết gần buổi chiều, chờ đến 16h mới đưa xe khác đi thì không nói gì. giường con mình ngủ thì có côn trùng cắn, báo thì đưa chai xịt gián, bó tay!! thuê 2 ngày(7-9/7), ở được 1 ngày phải trả phòng (8/7), suy nghĩ lâu lắm mới trả lại mình 150k rồi tự ý hủy xác nhận phòng trên Booking nói mình không tới, chắc sợ đánh giá...
