I would give this hotel 11/10 because the staff is very helpful, friendly, location and money value. I’m from Cambodia and this is my first time visiting Dalat. I arrived in the morning, but the hotel allowed me to check in from 9am without extra charge even the policy of check in is 2pm. They also have the motobike for rental which is very beneficial. Staff help me with the location and recommend me some place for visit also. Around the hotel has many restaurants that is easy for us to have breakfast and explore the city. It’s located in the city center that is easy to access to anywhere. I will recommend this place...

This hotel used tempered glass for the bathroom and due to the cheap quality of the glass and maybe damage during installation, it spontaneously break without any apparent reason. One guest here got hurt because of the glass breakage and had to go to hospital. Instead of apologizing, the staff at this hotel asked the guest for compensation. They're really unprofessional and rude! They even said they don't care the bad review here and keep asking for the compensation for the glasses.

Please don't book here if you don't want to have trouble...

Our family of four, stayed here two nights. peaceful and beautiful So! The grounds are so incredibly well maintained, with beautiful plants everywhere.||The employees at Mai Hong had been the very best we experienced in Dalat. Really helpful and also helpful, nothing was an excessive amount of difficulty. The room was great and had views that are great over the hillside.
