We were deceived that the repairs would take 24 hours, but in the end it lasted more than a week. After quarrels, we were compensated for several days of stay and offered to move to another hotel. Also, the hotel does not have parking or a ramp; you lift your luggage yourself. Le pire hôtel que j'ai eu au Vietnam. Prix plus cher qu'affiché sur Google. Bruit du sèche linge la première nuit jusqu'à minuit, même avec des bouchons d'oreilles on l'entend. Deuxième nuit, le réceptionniste invite des amis à manger qui font du bruit jusqu'à 23h. On entend tout dans les chambres voisines, ainsi que l'eau dans les canalisations. L'insonorisation est inexistante.

Je donne mon linge à laver, mes tee-shirts blancs ressortent roses. Je demande au réceptionniste un dédommagement, sachant que ce sont des vêtements à 30$ chacun. Il refuse et me dit que j'aurais dû demander à séparer le blanc de la couleur. Autrement dit, je dois leur dire comment faire leur travail !! Il téléphone au gérant, lequel dit qu'il arrive dans 5 minutes pour gérer le souci. 20 minutes plus tard, je demande ce qu'il fait, il répond qu'il est occupé et qu'il n'y aura pas de remboursement. Un manager incompétent qui devrait trouver un autre métier. Une honte.

La chambre est petite, pas de bouilloire, pas de verre pour boire, pas de climatisation, lumières agressives et celle au dessus du lit sans interrupteur, le matelas est dur comme de la pierre. Odeurs nauséabondes dans l'évier.

Tout ça pour des prix au dessus de ceux pratiqués dans d'autres établissements du même...
