NK.Dalat Hotel — Hotel in Da Lat City

The place is ran by a family (parents and very young children) so on a few occasions when we needed assistance we had their children to assist but couldn't really - as they are kids, they speak no English and couldn't assist with some issues. They have no shuttle services (even though they say they do) and the TV in our room didn't work and they didn't offer to transfer us to a different room. The shower had no curtain so the toilet was getting wet every time someone took a shower. They don't serve breakfast. The beds were extremely hard and very tough to sleep on. |The room got cleaned only once every two days and had a lot of dust in it. Our towels weren't replaced not even once. |The room is very small and one of the windows had no curtain so we would wake up very early in the mornings and ended up using our own stuff to cover it to stop the light from coming in morning time. |Basically, we paid for bed and shower. That's it.|The family was very nice and you could see they are inexperienced but trying their best. The hotel is new and clean and nicely designed (the owner designed it himself). The rooms are big and comfortable and bright, some have nice views. The family that runs it is very incredibly warm and welcoming and helpful and generous and just generally a total joy to be around. I originally planned to stay for two nights and wound up staying for 6. ||It’s a few minutes walk down to the town center, but you can often use one of the motorbikes at the hotel to go around town. I have an extremely bad experience when renting a motocycle at this hotel. The owner charged me more than normal even though I'm not a tourist, my house is next to their hotel. When I'm curious about the price, then the owner immediately lowers the price for me. Even though she did lower the price, I'm still angry and upset about what she has done, it makes me feel bad about this kind of service in my city. How can a terrible place like this exist? One more thing is that I rented the vehicle on Tuesday and gave it back on Saturday but she charged me 4 and a half days. Moreover, the permanent price for renting a motorcycle is between 80.000 and 100.000, but the owner of this hotel charged me 120.000vnd a day. What a horrible services! Mình không thuê phòng nhưng đã có một trải nghiệm rất tệ khi thuê xe của khách sạn này. Trên Đà Lạt thuê xe máy hầu như là 100k cho xe tay ga, còn 80k cho xe số nhưng chị chủ lại tính mình 120k một ngày. Mình thấy mắc mới hỏi ủa sao tới 120k thì mới lật đật giảm giá còn 100k cho mình. Rồi thêm 1 cái là mình thuê chiều t3 trả chiều t7 lại tính là 4 ngày rưỡi trong khi chỗ khác mình thuê không bao giờ có chuyện như vậy, chị chủ còn nói ở đây thuê ai cũng tính như vậy hết mới lạ. Đúng là bài học nhớ đời, ai thuê xe thì né khách sạn này ra nha. Phòng khách sạn ra sao thì mình không biết nhưng mỗi cái dịch vụ thuê xe thôi đã làm mất cảm tình rồi chưa kể customer service của chỗ này, huống chi nhà mình kế khách sạn chứ không phải đi du lịch mà còn vậy đó. Nhưng một phần cũng do mình ẩu quên hỏi giá trước khi thuê nhưng thấy chặt chém vậy mặc dù con số không nhiều nhưng trước mắt là mất đi một khách hàng là mình và sắp tới là bạn bè và người thân của mình.
