Hai Mươi Hotel & Apartment — Hotel in Hà Nội

I stayed at Hai Muoi Hotel for over three weeks visiting Hanoi for my PhD research. This is an excellent place for a long term stay with affordable price and good service. From my experiences traveling across Asia, the daily room services here are one of the best for the price given. Fresh towels and water bottles were provided and rooms were cleaned everyday. There is also a laundry service (cleaned, dried and folded) for less than 2$ per a kg. Hotel receptionists were also very helpful, especially Huy who is fluent in English and I was able to communicate everything I needed and he was very attentive to clients needs. I needed a room with bigger desk so that I can continue my work after the office. Huy and receptionists got me the room with my need very swiftly and I was very grateful for that. The place is a perfect fit for my needs but, there are a couple of things to consider. The place is 20 mins drive from Old Quarter which is where the hustle-bustles are. Depending on the purpose of your visit, keep in mind that it can a tad far for sightseeing. But, if you needed the quietness of the area and doesn't mind commuting, not a problem. The rooms don't come with microwave and iron which I wished they were already provided. The hotel lended me the iron throughout the stay upon the request. If you don't need to heat up the food every day like I did and will plan to eat out, again not a problem. If you are looking for the quality of the room that you have seen in 4 or 5 star hotel (new furniture and appliances, squeaky clean bathtub, and modern interior designs), you will be a tad disappointed. Location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions so it will cost about 130,000 VND each way to get to the old quarter area. However I chose this hotel because of a business appointment I had to attend nearby. There are plenty of places to get food nearby also an AEON mall within walking distance. Amenities are quite old so a renovation would be recommended. My room was at 6th floor so I have no clues if that contributes to the weak shower water pressure. Mình đi ctac nên cty đặt cho mình tầm 10 ng, thấy đánh giá cũng khá cao. Ks tiết kiệm điện nên dùng đèn hành lang cảm biến, nên lúc chưa bước khỏi thang máy nhìn hơi ghê, nhưng mình ủng hộ. Phòng nhìn chung ổn: có cửa sổ máy điều hoà giường king đủ tiện nghi tối thiểu Giấy vệ sinh loại tốt mịn, có khăn giấy trong phòng. Nước 350mlx2 Các chị housekeeping dễ thương, hôm checkin mặc dù trực 1 mình mà Anh lễ tân hỗ trợ đem đồ lên phòng giúp mình. Khu vực nhiều đồ ăn , trung tâm thương mại, và gần cty mình.

Tuy nhiên: Ko có xà phòng rửa tay Nệm lúng quá, nằm đau lưng cho những ng lưng có vấn đề như mình. Thềm của sổ và góc bàn trang điểm khá bụi ( coa thể mình kỹ tính nên lấy khăn giấy lau trc khi đặt đồ lên. Thì dơ) Toilet rất hôi cống dù có cửa sổ lưu thông, ko sd nên đóng chặt giảm việc hôi cả phòng. Wifi hơi yếu lúc được lúc mất ( thua 4g của mình nhưng xài đỡ cũng ổn áp.) Mình ở tầng 5, nước vòi sen hơi yếu ( những coa nc nóng cũng ổn)
