Horizon Apartment Ha Noi Capital — Hotel in Hà Nội

Title: HANOI HORROR SHOW

You are probably starting to notice a trend when selecting "newest reviews" as all reviews is 1 star.

This apartment provider is absolutely horrendous.

I arrived at the hotel at 20:00. On booking.com it says that they accept all cards however my card apparently didn't (the girl in the reception had obviously never held a card payment machine and had no idea how to use it), they tried very firmly (didn't speak english so through Google translate) to make me go to an ATM instead but refused as the nearest ATM is 15-20min walking from the place and in the end I was told I could wait until tomorrow to pay and get my room.

I arrived at my room and at first it looked okay, I did my look through of the apartment to see if there is any issues and take pictures (if they should try and do a claim on booking)

The apartment is super dirty, the shelves have dirt, food pieces, dead cockroaches, fridge has never been cleaned and filled with water, same goes for microwave, the window is so dirty you can't even look out of it.

I complain to the reception and got moved to another room, just like before the receptionist doesn't walk with me to the room to check if everything is okay.

On the third floor of the building people are smoking inside their rooms (the entrance stinks) and the room stank of mold. The new room I got was in the exact same condition as the previous room, same level of cleanliness except this one had multiple broken doors, the fridge had a spider living inside of it, showing how long ago someone has used it.

I complained again and was told by the receptionist that this is (their standard of service) so there is no more they can offer me.

In the end I agreed with them to cancel my stay and pushed very hard for them to accept my "waive fee" request on booking.

I ended up having to find a new place to stay at 22:00 in the evening having just arrived in the country.

DO NOT STAY HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT VIETNAMESE.

Đặc biệt, phòng có cửa sổ lớn với tầm nhìn đẹp, mang lại cảm giác thư giãn và thoải mái. Nhân viên phục vụ phòng rất chu đáo và thân thiện, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Tôi thực sự hài lòng với chất lượng phòng tại đây và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trong...

Siamo arrivati la sera del 9 novembre 24, ci ha registrato e voleva il pagamento in contanti subito (dopo abbiamo capito perché). Si è tenuta i passaporti (in ostaggio) e siamo saliti in camera. Nonostante la finestra aperta l'odore di fogna del bagno era ovunque. Stanza vecchia e sporchissima. Climatizzatore pieno di polvere, pavimenti appiccicosi... Le foto probabilmente sono di quando l'hanno costruito. Assolutamente da evitare....
