It was an OK experience staying this hotel. My flight was late and I was supposed to get another transportation to Cat Ba next morning so had to stay a night in Hanoi. Picked this hotel since it was the cheapest close to the airport. Ok location, has pizza place close by to get late dinner. On main road. I was by my self as a women and there were only 2 rooms full at the moment when I stayed so wasn't feeling 100% safe but it was just my anxiety being alone. Front desk was there all night. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Location is great with no noisy bars around. Breakfast is rich and varied with many options. Henry and all staff are gem of hotel, super friendly, useful and attentive. They always remember and greeted me by my name which instantly makes me feel at home. Henry booked me the trip to Halong and bus to Ninh Binh which I found it worths every penny. The special promotion that they offer is FREE airport shuttle service is so so useful.
