Noi Bai Ville Airport Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

I booked this hotel because of it's close proximity to the Hanoi airport - after a very long flight from western Canada, I needed rest before further travelling. The manager of the hotel responded to all my messages within minutes, and he even arranged an airport pickup, saving me having to run the gauntlet of aggressive taxi and Grab drivers surrounding the Hanoi airport. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and I was able to buy a very inexpensive and good Vietnam SIM card right from the hotel. The best part is that Mr. Tobin, the hotel manager, is also a travel agent with over 15 years experience! Tobin arranged a complete tour of North Vietnam for me, including many exciting activities, buses, taxis, hostels, hotels, trekking, motorcycle loop, cruise ship, and flights within Vietnam. Tobin negotiated lower rates for everything and his services cost me nothing! I am sure that Tobin saved me a lot of money, and stress. The hotels, cruise ships, busses, airlines and hostels paid Tobin a commission directly. Also, I was able to pay Tobin for everything in one secure payment using my credit card, saving me the hassle of exchanging a lot of money at numerous ATM machines and costly currency exchanges. A win-win situation! I know if I had to arrange all of this myself, I would have ended up paying a lot more money, and would have been frustrated by my inability to speak the Vietnamese language. Throughout my trip I am able to contact Tobin at anytime for free travel consulting! If anything goes wrong - my personal travel consultant will sort it out quickly. I am very happy that I stayed at the Noi Bai Ville Airport Hotel! The whole experience made my trip to North Vietnamese so much better! Every morning room service delivered a great breakfast right to my room. Tobin even let me ride his motorbike for free! Now that's fantastic customer service! I truly felt like one...

This accommodating hotel,owner and staff his brother are really an example of affordable luxury. And not just the rooms but how far and beyond you go to make some ones stay really special.In my case: I got my self in a pickle with taxi at airport with the chaos of 100s of people about to travel . Mr Tobi arranged a taxi for me and got me out of there. I also had issues with my visa not coming through for India and my Vietnam visa was expiring the next day. Mr Tobi helped me with that and many more things.Lift to ATM,Got my cigarettes which were the cheapest l'd paid in my whole month in Vietnam,offered me a discounted room if I wasn't aloud to leave the country and got me out of a financial issue at the airport which I'll keep the story to myself but with him,his knowledge for the tourism trade (his job once he was a major reason it wasn't

The hotel its self has every thing close by.Off the Beaten track temples, restaurants, shops, ATM 1 km away and even a couple of karoke bars. It has lift and breakfast is brought to you room after you WhatsApp Mr Tobi.Mini bar (small fee for drinks) Amazing bathroom with a bath that is jacuzzi like and the lighting in the room is so state of the art you can create a mood with the room.Warm colours or neutral white. I can't thank them enough I really can't. If you want a hotel near airport this is the place to stay.There is cheaper but there cheaper for a reason. A longer stay next time as it's more that just a room near the airport. I can't fault any thing.Even the passing traffic daily traffic is silenced because of the double glaze windows. I had an absolutely dreadful experience at the Noi Bai Ville Airport Hotel. We booked it specifically for its proximity to the airport, arriving at 3 am. While the room itself was adequate, the electricity went out between 5 and 6 am and remained off until we left around 10 am. This meant no Wi-Fi, which was incredibly inconvenient. To make matters worse, around 8 am, someone (presumably the cleaning lady) randomly opened our room door, startled us, and then simply closed it. This was quite unsettling.
