My experience in this place was bittersweet. The roads are slippery, I fell twice and damaged my shoulder. The personnel at the cafe didn’t really understand very much, and what it really disappointed me was that, my girlfriend phone got stolen in a restaurant, and the police told us that we needed the manager of the hotel to help us report it. When we went back to the hotel and asked for help, a young Vietnamese guy “helped” us. He told us a whole story about how impossible it is that someone stole our phone because there are “human cameras” everywhere. He told us anyways he will take the police report to the police. At the next day after leaving I try to contact the number of this “manager” to see if he took the report to the police just to find out that he blocked me in whatsapp, and now I don’t have the police report, so I can’t ask for the insurance to get my phone back.
