PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Hanoi — Hotel in Hà Nội

I stayed at Park Royal Serviced Suites in October for a short trip and overall enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and as a GHA member, I was happy to receive an upgrade to a lake-view room — a thoughtful gesture that I appreciated. However, as a Titanium member, I was expecting a double-room upgrade, which unfortunately wasn’t provided. I've stayed many times in different hotels receiving very nice upgrades but Park Royal is the only chain so far where the upgrades weren't so nice. For reference, I stayed in Park Royal in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. ||The lake view was beautiful, but I had difficulty sleeping due to loud music from local grannies starting their fitness classes around 5 a.m. It’s surprising that a fairly new hotel built in such a busy area hasn’t invested in double-glazed windows or better soundproofing, especially given the early-morning noise and nearby traffic. Additionally, the duvets were very thick, making it uncomfortably warm at night and difficult to get a restful sleep. Lighter bedding options would be greatly appreciated.||Breakfast was decent with a fair selection, though it could benefit from more variety and consistency. For example, during my first few days there was a nice selection of cheeses and cold cuts available with bread, but these were suddenly removed later in my stay. I also accidentally burned my hand on one of the metal food warmers and dropped the tongs. Although two staff members witnessed it, they didn’t check if I was okay or offer assistance — I had to ask for a replacement myself. A bit more attentiveness and care from the breakfast staff would make a meaningful difference.||On a positive note, the facilities were excellent — I especially appreciated the sauna, steam room, and well-equipped gym. These amenities definitely enhanced the comfort of my stay.||Overall, Park Royal Serviced Suites offers a pleasant stay with friendly staff and great facilities, but I hope to see improvements in soundproofing, room comfort, staff attentiveness, and breakfast consistency...

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The location is perfect, right in front of West Lake, just across the street, and very easy to reach. We loved walking around the park by the lake. It was breezy and peaceful, and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful.|We were served welcome drinks and received a warm greeting the moment we arrived at the main entrance. It was such a lovely start to our stay and made us feel instantly comfortable.|Our room came with a complimentary buffet breakfast, simple but very delicious. We enjoyed starting each morning with fresh food, hot coffee, and a beautiful view of the lake.|Special mention to Huyen, Linh, and Tung for their outstanding hospitality. They were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Their warm smiles and thoughtful care made our family feel truly at home throughout our stay.|The hotel is clean, cozy, and very well maintained.
