The best hotel I have ever stayed in - I abosoultey loved my time here! The hotel is beautiful with lovely interiors and elegant hotel rooms that are exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is situated in a peaceful and beautiful area of Hà Long Bay, just a 10 minute walk from the beach and the main islands attractions. The Nguyen family who run the hotel are some of the kindest and most hospitable people I have ever met. They were so welcoming and friendly, always wanted to help, gave us suggestions on where to go, booked taxis for us and there son even dropped us off on his way to work! They always gave us fresh fruit to eat, cleaned our room spotlessly and even did our stinky laundry. They truly were the most perfect hosts and I cannot wait to stay with them again. Owners are really nice! The hotel is new although really isolated. Everything really clean and tidy. Main issue was they only accept cash and there's no cashier near by.
