I’m not satisfied with the way they deal with me while they didn’t take a note or rule in the room for the glass bottle they charge in minibar if the customer take it to home. My family didn’t know and thought we being charged in minibar so we can use the bottle as how we want and my sister took to home already before I checked out, after they said I have to pay for the glass bottle extra 25 thousands Dong. It’s not about money we have to pay but the way they forced us to understand for them by forcing us paying the whole extra money for the bottle. Let’s say 99% of customers they Don’t take the bottle to home, so what about the 1% they will not accept and not be responsible to their mistake?! Will it be 100% no case like my case anymore? Doing service business, especially hospitality is about seeing the objectives for both customers and hotel that both need to be fair and mutual understanding in different aspects. I already told the receptionist will do the review here to let them read so they need to be seriously think about, fix about the thing in minibar and most importantly about the way they deal with customers. Btw all is good about the room except the minibar thing, but definitely make me have bad experience cause the end of staying how it is. Little things sometimes can destroy all the good...
Read moreWe had a very unpleasant experience during our stay at this hotel. Our family was traveling with a 2-year-old child who unfortunately became ill during the trip. As a result, there was an incident where the baby vomited, and we used one of the hotel’s towels to clean it up. The hotel then charged us 250,000 VND (approximately $10) for cleaning that towel. This is something I have never encountered at any hotel before — not even at luxury 5-star properties — and I found it completely unreasonable. Firstly, the towel could certainly have been cleaned like any other towel. I know this from personal experience at home, where I’ve dealt with similar situations and managed to clean the towel immediately, even without using the kind of industrial detergents that hotels typically have. Secondly, no one wants such incidents to happen, and instead of showing understanding or offering support, the hotel simply imposed a charge — which, in my opinion, was equivalent to or even more than the price of a new towel. I was extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will never return to this hotel, nor will I recommend it to my...
Read moreRelocated to this hotel from Tuan Chau for one night only.
But we should have stayed here for the entire time.
High tech spaceous rooms with fully functional quiet AC. Some international channels on Tv. Clean bathroom, just an initial smell for not being used for a while. That was quickly solved. The shower is very nice keeping a perfect temp once you get used to its unusual mode of operation. Some review complained about window to bathroom. I liked it as it provides light, and is easy to shade with blinds. WiFi good, but a little bit slow at times. Beds large and very comfortable.
Breakfast is superb! Good selection.
Staff helpful, knows English on decent level.
The building in itself is so nice. Amazing!
Will certainly come back here if I return to Ha Long. There was no time to explore the surroundings.
It is very clear this hotel puts the guests and their needs at the forefront.
My top recommendation! This...
