Pros: -Mini kitchen with all the cooking and eating utensils to prepare your own meals (they state ONLY light meals on their rules for using the kitchen). -Mini sofa to lounge -cute exterior for photos -pottery studio (but long wait for firing - not good for short term visits)
Cons: -Noisy neighborhood with constant barking dogs -Poor Drain with leaking odor will fill the room, we were able to move into another room but there was still a lingering smell. Felt nauseous the whole time there. -Breakfast ends very early at 9:30, we had to skip it since we wanted to catch up on sleep from the dog barking. -neighborhood is away tucked away and noisy from neighbors. -fluorescent “blue” light throughout the room, not warm and inviting, felt like a hospital -mattresses on floor of loft (felt like camping) sheets and towels are heavily scented like strong perfume. -tiny bathroom
Desk service is through WhatsApp. They were nice to switch our room due to the drainage smell but they can sometimes can take a while to respond.
For the price, I would not return since we had stayed at cheaper hotels in better areas with better quality arrangements. It’s great for people who...
Read moreThis is a quaint little cottage style accommodation, with the most welcoming host. They are very attentive, even answering our messages after hours. The rooms are cosy, with a fully equipped kitchenette, TV and air-conditioning, and 2-USB charging ports. My wife & I stayed for a week, using this as a base for day trips. It always felt like home, and we welcomed the sight of it at the end of the day. The on-site pottery class was so much fun, highly recommend giving it a whirl. If you do it early, you can return to collect your fired art to take home. There is a convenient store, beer house and coffee shop 3min walk down the street. Upon request when booking, the host organised transfer from the airport via private car which gave us peace of mind and ease in travel. This was an amazing choice of stay, will definitely be coming back next time, and recommending to all...
Read moreThis place is a gem hidden away in the beautiful city of Ha Long Bay in Vietnam. We were a group of 7 guys on a reunion and the host catered to our every request. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable. The entire place is very cozy and aesthetic. On one of the evening (upon request) the host arranged the barbecue in the patio which was really nice. The surrounding are quite with a view of the hills. On another incidence, one of my friends lost his key-card to the room. The host helped us to sort that out even at 11:00pm. The small things really made our stay memorable. This place is highly recommended for families and even for groups. Thanks for the...
