Where to begin.....we arrive, excited to try the fantastic hamburguer that the reviews talk about, we say hello to the barman, he says hello back, and then we wait 3 or 4 minutes, just looking around 🙄, until finally someone talked to us and gave us the menu.
We asked for one water, a small toast with pork meat, beef hamburguer and chicken hamburguer, they didn't have beef, so two chicken hamburgers it was, with no lettuce we asked.
First, they brought us a glass of water with ice...????? OBVIOUSLY we sent back and asked for bottled water The toast came with bacon, not fried bacon🤩, that bacon like ham😐, I know it's pork, but one thing is bacon, another thing is pork meat. Then, after 50 MINUTES wait, they brought the hamburgers and guess what.....they had lettuce 🤦 then, we took one bite and they were raw 🤒spit it out🥴 it was basically a cheese burger with lettuce, plain and simple. So far from the best hamburguer I ate, it hurts 😵
At this point it was time to leave of course. We got up talk with the barman and showed the hamburguer, they still charged us for the rest of the bill, something like six euros 😑🤦 the total bill would be something like 22 or 23 euros

Read moreTourist trap. Paid 200,000 dong for a single patty hamburger (the patty felt fake and rubbery by the way), Fries (frozen not fresh) were an extra 20,000, bacon was 20,000, egg was 20,000, I didn't add cheese but that was another 20,000. Total was 260,000 dong which is equivalent to 10 US dollars. The quality of the burger ingredients was also very bad. Compare that to Malaysia where I got a double cheeseburger with two big Australian beef patties for 27 ringgit which is about 5 US dollars. There is also heavy smoking allowed in the restaurant and outside on the patio, with french people smoking and making your food smell like cigarettes. Even the waiters smoke but he was kind enough to go outside and smoke when I said I don't like the smell. Avoid Ha Long bay. It is full of low socioeconomic tourists from China and France who hype up these types of establishments and give them...
