Lots of room for improvement.

The restaurant should address the odor issue asap. Upon entering, there's a strong, unpleasant smell of pickled bamboo shoots mixed with jasmine or something similar in the air. It was like this three years ago, and it’s still the same now. Very uncomfortable.

The broth is generally a bit salty. The restaurant can charge whatever price it wants, but the quality should match. A bowl of pho costing 100k, yet the chicken pieces are cut unevenly—half torn, half stuck together—is unacceptable. A 40-50k bowl elsewhere might not even look this poorly prepared.

The staffs are slow and seem inexperienced when handling multiple customers, leading to mistakes like forgetting whether they’ve already taken an order. When serving, the process is chaotic, and they don't clearly announce the dishes. For example, they’ll just say "pho ga" (chicken pho), but how are customers supposed to know if it's chicken pho with breast or thigh? The same issue occurs with seafood vermicelli ones. Additionally, the staffs should give honest recommendations, especially when they choose to do so without being asked. Exaggerating the quality of the dishes just to make a sale will only result in further dissatisfaction.

We have stay at this wonderful hotel for almost 1 month , half December 23 and half January 24. Owner at this hotel and her stuff made that we feel as we stay at our home, so kind, so friendly, so helpsam , me and my wife , we have not so much worde´s to describe this. We have wonderful room, very clean and very quet so you really can stay here and rest. Hotels location is very near to everything in this part of Ha long, Hon Gai . The owner also have invest in Cruising Boat and that will we take a tour next time we camo to Vietnam. This is absolutely one of the best hotels we have stay at if you look for this class. Our warmest recomendations to all who read this, you will not be dissapointed.

We had a very pleasent stay! Everithyng exceeded our expectation. Spacious room and really nice spots throughout the hotel with many plants around. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
