Pizza Goong Hạ Long — Restaurant in Hạ Long City

Good: The food is pretty good and tasty and the staff speaks English.

Not good: We didn't book a table in advance and the only table left was outside. We were mostly alright about it, but seems like the restaurants is actually not ready to host the guests outside. We received the pizza we ordered and waited for ≈ 5 minutes to get plates and cutlery. But they didn't bring it untill we asked. And still no tissues, no basic things like salt, pepper or toothpicks, which are usually found on the table in the restaurant. Also there were few companies, leaving the restaurant, but we never were offered to change the spot to sit inside, but the people who showed up after us, got tables inside.

So, if you are not ready for the quests, it's better to say that you don't have a table, than offer bad service.

The food is 8/10, service 4/10, maybe we will come one more time on our next visit,...

This place is absolutely incredible!! I am not normally a Bolognese lover but after trying the Bolognese here I had to return for it another two times, the pizzas were also incredible specifically the 3 cheese as I hate tomato and BBQ bases so pizza is normally off the table for me but this was a great exception!!

The staff here were delightful we were served twice by Vièt who was a very kind nice guy and never got our order wrong. The atmosphere in here is also so tranquil and brilliant.

If you are looking for reasonably priced western food I'd highly recommend this place. I normally wouldn't eat somewhere like this for backpacking because whilst not expensive it isn't super cheap either but it was so good we kept...
