Starbucks Trần Phú — Restaurant in Hải Phòng

Today I went to stabuck about 14.30pm. The staff was not very polite. Since the covid situation, I understand that there are limited customer. But during we are discussing where to go with my family. Then I pick up the juice for my duather for take a way then the staff suddenly say "No" I put it down I take another one and he said "No" again. He is going to say can't sit here but once I already got informed from his colleague. We know. But how he know we are going to sit here or take away. And when he said no his face not very welcome. We are come here for 3 year!! But this time both of staff not really polite even they see us for 3 years. But I understand maybe this place belongs to them that why they don't welcome customers 😒 Also the women staff her face and the way she talk was not friendly too.😒😒 I am very disappointed today. And we will not visit...

It was located in the city center so it's very convenient to get there. The cafe has big windows and 2 stories so it has really nice view to the street and to the park in the opposite site of it. It was a good place if you want to work as a freelancer. I was there to work with my page sometimes. Drinks were nice. Staff were friendly. Sometimes I can find nice tumblers for my drinks.
