Even tho It was raining when I was there, I had a good time Ty to Tran the lovely owner who run LaoXao Homestay and her relatives.
There is a lot of places claiming that they are Homestay but actually just don't have the soul or it's just for the marketing. But I felt like in home Ty to Tran, sharing meals, playing games and long night talking.
I don't know about the other rooms but the one that I had (first floor to the right facing the front yard) was comfy, high ceiling, soothing green color painting on the walls, table, storage, large balcony and 2 windows, overall place really clean and well maintained.
Place is not really located in the center but if it's what you are looking for, it's quiet and convenient if you want to visit the surroundings.

It's always nice to come back to a place and be welcomed with a happy dog awaiting you. We had a beautiful room with a balcony and a view on the countryside. It's very peaceful (although the restaurant nearby plays sometimes music but we felt it adds to an authentic experience). We used their laundry offering and it was folded so nicely.
