A super experience, 10/10 for hospitality and service. I came here by myself without any advance booking after walking away from the tourist traps which quoted me 300k on the busy main streets, it was totally peaceful and serene with nobody else around and felt very private and calm. The owner was so sweet and friendly, she gave me a bottle of water upon arrival and made me delicious food at the end and brought me free snacks. I had an elderly lady who rowed me in the boat. She was so lovely and showed me how to fish for crabs, let me have a go, made me a bamboo ring, spun me around and also took lots of pictures for me. The whole journey lasted about 45 minutes which was very enjoyable and the price was super reasonable compared to other places. I decided to stay for some food at the end and the owner showed me how to eat the coconut flesh after drinking the juice and taught me some Viet phrases. She even gave me a free back massage with coconut oil after I finished eating which was delightful. Family run and non pushy business, I would recommend to...
Read moreMy fiancée and I had the best time so far with this very nice family since we have been in Vietnam. My fiancée went on the coconut boat, I waited for her on land and was allowed to learn how to build an aeroplane out of coconut leaves. It was a lot of fun and we chatted with the family for quite a while after the tour, despite the language barrier, it worked well (Google translator and English).
If you approach the family in an open, friendly and polite manner, you'll be welcomed and taken in and can have a really good time.
Note: Dad is a very sociable and good-hearted person, even if you don't understand what he's saying, just go with it, he doesn't mean you any harm. I speak from my own experience, as we were also very reserved at the beginning.
We wish you all the best and love...
Read moreMaking a stop here was definitely the highlight of my time here in Vietnam! Was welcomed with the warmest smile, and Nhi was happy to host us from the start to finish. The boat tour was spectacular. Nhi’s father took us for the tour. He was full of energy & also very strong! He kept us laughing the entire way. Once we were done with the tour, the spring rolls (so yums!) that we ordered were ready for us along with complimentary Vietnamese tea and fruits.
If you’re looking for a true local experience, don’t think twice! This place is it✨ I’m so glad I chose to come here with my family instead of the mainstream coconut boat tour. A memory that we’ll...
