One of the most amazing places I have ever stayed around Asia! Present home's rooms are so stylish, so clean and furnished with love. Phuong is an AMAZING host. We stayed here a month and she treated us like part of the family ❤️ such a good location too. 10 mins scooter ride to an bang beach and maybe 7 mins to centre of Hoi An. Phuong made us fresh banh mi's when we were leaving at 7am to come back to Thailand for our journey home. I honestly couldn't recommended present...

I spent an amazing time here. The spacious room was looking out onto green rice fields and the occasional grazing water buffalo strolling by. It is quiet yet close to the city centre. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The host Phương is just the best. I’ll definitely be back if I go to...

Nice place, such a nice host. Quite difficult to access by taxi depending on the side where coming from.

Got free bikes to roam around and tips for good places to eat.

The only downside - so many mosquitos in the room. Got bitten quite badly all...
