Nipa Riverside Villa — Hotel in Hội An

From the moment we arrived we were stuffed around. We were told the room we booked was under maintenance and could move into it the next day. We were put into a room wth a view of the wall next door, an air conditioning system that gave my partner a sinus infection, a bed so hard we would've been better off sleeping on the floor. The room never got serviced, had no rubbish bin, no fridge and when we asked for fresh towels they never turned up, at all. All the while the room we booked was in use by other customers NOT under maintenance as we were told. The next day came and still they said the room was not available due to maintenance. Now two days into our stay and still in a room we had not booked. On the third day of our intended five day stay we decided to check out as we were being lied to from the start. The cleaners turned up to clean the room next to us which was the room we booked and was occupied the whole time. The breakfast included was a joke but at least it was a quiet place with a good pool. In my opinion these people are taking a lend of people under the holistic healing banner. I would not recommend nor stay here again. Don't be fooled by...

speedy check in, rooms exceeded our expectations. the king suite was fantastic! massive private balcony with a view of the river, huge bathroom and bedroom with an enclosed toilet but open shower/bath. the room itself was clean & well designed. the water pressure was great & the water was actually hot- a luxury for us as we haven’t had hot water at any of our other stays! the pool was well maintained, and a nice little place to relax, along with the koi fish pond near the lobby. the staff were kind & accommodating. however the villa itself is private & can be difficult for grab drivers to access due to tight roads, but if you meet them on the main road (about 400m walk) it’s totally fine. however in regard to that, it can be a little bit difficult receiving a car to and from the main town as it’s quite secluded, but if you’re taking bikes not so much. the villa offers bicycles and scooters for rent, has a breakfast service & permits smoking on the balcony and pool areas. it’s a fantastic place to relax & explore. right next door is a wonderful little restaurant with coconut boats as well. can’t...

This is a little gem! Beautiful interior with a solid wooden staircase that just invites you to come in side!|It’s situated in the backstreets with a river in front. Stunningly beautiful! |Outside you can relax in the pool whilst taking in the art on the walls and french style house with plants creeping up the outdoor staircase. |Bicycles can be rented from Nipa per day and we definitely recommend it!! Easy to nip into any street and explore!|Staff is amazing and always ready to order taxis. Waiting time is almost instant!|Laundry great price per kg. We got ours back on the same day even though we only gave it in after lunch. |Taxi to the market is about 70k (max). I think its a bit far to walk and the bikes don’t have any lights for night explorations. |Rooms are pretty good size and clean! |Breakfast....not the best, but I also don’t think you should judge it especially if you look at the price. |I would definitely recommend this little...
