Water Palm Villas — Hotel in Hội An

I booked the entire villa with a sales staff however the information was not cleared. They mentioned in my booking confirmation: surcharge 400,000 vnd - 600,000 vnd if need staff to clean after my BBQ Party (subject to number of guests and my demand). However when I come there, they informed me pay 600,000 vnd but I did not request anything. Normally when I book entire villa, kitchentte with bowl, chopsticks, glass.... available but didnot have here. They want charged all without inform me. I explained to staff but they did not understand and maybe a host/owner/manager called me. He should double check with me all information first but not; he mentioned that he can refund my deposit if I did not accept. OMG I went with my family and have a baby 6th month, I come there very late around 4:30pm. How can we find another villa with old people and new baby? Should take a walk in your customer's shoes. On arrival in Hoi An I visited a number villas in an attempt to find a quite, clean place which presented value for money. ||||This is exactly what I found at the Water Palm Villas. The rooms were spacious, clean, and full of all the modern amenities. ||||The grounds were stunning with an in ground swimming pool surrounded by quaint palmed huts. My wife and I had a wonderful experience during our one week stay at this terrific villa. It had everything we needed, including the opportunity to join their fantastic Sabirama Cooking Tour. The Roma are well appointed and have comfortable beds, clean linen an toiletries. The swimming pool was certainly an added bonus for us and it was very well maintained.
