Binh An Home - Serviced Accommodation — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

I recently stayed at this serviced apartment, which initially seemed promising due to its clean design and peaceful surroundings. However, my experience was marred by several issues. The building was surprisingly noisy, with conversations from other apartments easily audible, and the night shift staff playing loud music and videos that disturbed my rest. Despite multiple complaints, the owner merely apologized without taking any corrective action.

Additionally, potential tenants visited outside the agreed time frame, disrupting my peace. The kitchen exhaust fan took about a week to repair, and a similar issue in the second apartment went unaddressed. The apartment lacked a sofa, with only a wooden bench provided, and despite agreeing to provide cushions, none were delivered.

I can't express enough how excellent Binh An Home is. My son lived in HCMC for half a year, and I was lucky enough to visit twice and stay in his one-bedroom apartment. The space is well-designed. There are outlets where you need them, a spacious bedroom with plenty of storage, and the kitchen and bath were lovely, with lots of room to keep things. We loved the natural tones of the walls and furniture and the spiral staircase separating the bedroom from the living space. The show stopper was the sweeping views of Central Park and the river and grassy field. At night, you can see the Landmark Building light up in pink. The staff is beyond kind and accommodating, and communicating with the landlord is easy. The location is excellent. You are between both bridges, so getting in and out of D2 is easy. This apartment will always hold fond memories for us both, and we hope to stay...

Binh An home is quite the hidden gem in D2. The lovely point here is the quiet neighborhood so I feel pretty peaceful while staying here.

This duplex has the great looks from the outside with trees and flowers. Staff is friendly.

My room is on the first floor, with the Landmark view. The view is ok but the window is a bit small to see the whole view. Clean and tidy. It's convinient to stay here. Price is ok also compared to the quality.
