I had a bit of a problem getting from the airport to this hotel as it's close enough to walk but not safe to do so at 3am. The taxi drivers and other drivers that are sitting at the airport don't want to take you as it's too close for them to get a real fare so they will try to scam you. The hotel said that there was a shuttle bus that went to them but I couldn't find it. Download Grab before you leave the airport and just order one of them.|| ||Upon arriving at the hotel, the only people in the reception area was a questionably dressed Vietnamese lady and a white older gentleman getting into the elevator. At 3am, this really had me second guessing what I was getting myself into. I walked up to the empty desk to see if there was a bell I could ring and then a woman appeared out of the back, put a key on the counter, and asked for my passport. I guess I was the only person expected to check in at that time. I gave her my passport, she said "level 1". Looking at the past reviews they said that the hotel arranged for a cab so I asked her to call me one in the morning. she said "lots outside, level 1" before pressing the elevator and disappearing into the back again while my passport sat on the counter. ||||Without any choices (it's normal for your hotel to collect your passport as police randomly stop by overnight to check everyone staying there) I headed up to level 1. The hallways are small but clean. The room lock was an actual key (not a key card) and easy to lock. The room was small but clean and the AC worked. The bed was hard and the one window could easily be opened from the outside as there was a fire entrance stairwell that went right by it. I didn't care I was tired and slept like a log. ||||In the morning I realized how noisy the area was (it's right on a busy road) and I had some time to kill so I tried the TV but it didn't work so I gave up. For one night it worked for what I needed. Check out was really...
Read moreI booked this hotel for 2 nights (2 rooms for my family) and paid full in advance. Then their flight from New York delayed and I informed them that they hadn't checked in till 10:00am, please reserve the room for them in any case. They called me and said that they would reserve the room, they could check in at any time ( whenever they came). However, they are very greedy and they cheated me. My family managed to arrive ealier at 4:00am instead of 10:00am and can you believe? They sold the room. Then they booked another hotel which was less than half price of the room I paid them. And my family had to take a taxi to the hotel they booked. It was a bad room but no choice at that time. They called me and said that they did right. I asked for a refund (for the difference between what I paid and what I got in real) but they refused. Oh my God, I have my own business and I do know that a business needs profit but for sure not the way they do. The room itself was nice but for the experience I had with this hotel, I'll never come back or recommend to anyone else. There are many options that you...
