Stayed in this hotel with friends for 6 days 5 nights. ||Location: |Distance from the airport is about approximately 30 minutes drive. We bought taxi coupon at the airport and the price was exactly 200,000VD. When the taxi stopped, we were so confused and thought he brought us to the wrong place. Actually, once you reach Lee Van Tho street, you need to walk further inside about 20 meters. |There's a bus stop about 100m from the hotel, which we took bus 103 once to Han Thong Thay market. When we found out HTT market was just about 1km away, we just walked the next time we needed to go there. You can also take bus no.18 to the city centre from HTT market. ||Facilities:|Lan Anh hotel provide basic facilities i.e. 1 bottled water per person, soap, shampoo, towel, a set of toothbrush and toothpaste. There was no hot water but fret not, the weather was so hot, the tap water came out hot too. If you need them to replenish the items, just let them know and they'll send it to your room straight away.||Peace and quiet:|We were given a room at ground floor. We basically cannot hear noises from the streets (trust me, you wouldn't want that), however noises like people talking and motorbikes starting up was quite loud. I didn't mind though as I was too tired and slept through the noise.||Food around: This is the best. There's food stalls and shops all around. You definitely need to try each type of food from each shop. There's also a cafe we visit daily.||Staff:|Staff are excellent. They're friendly and they try their best to help us. We'd stop at their counter everyday to ask about which bus goes to where and what tour company gove the cheapest rate, etc. When they couldn't understand, they'll even google the word so they can serve us better. So happy with their service!||Cleanliness:|I'd give them a 3/5. Our room was cleaned daily, but not up to our expectations. The hair on the floor and bathroom was not completely cleaned up. We didnt realize our hair in the bathroom was not remove until the 3rd day when water started pooling haha. Also, be warned, we found 3 live huge cockroaches roaming around the room and 1 even got into my bag. ||Conclusion: Excellent place for those...

First problem. It's in District 12. Everything to do in HCM is in D1 or there abouts. Taxis are therefore required to get into the centre, which you have to walk at least a km before being able to come across a taxi. ||Second problem, arguably the biggest. Waking up in the morning to no water, not even no hot water, no water at all. This followed by the lack of power and therefore aircon led to a dark sweaty environment similar to a coffin. ||Upon informing the reception of these mild problems, there was little to no reaction. В районе много маленьких гостиниц, смотрите внимательно вывески на основной улице Le Van Tho.||Отель в несколько этажей, во многих номерах практически нет окон, но это привычное дело для вьетнамских бюджетных отелей, впрочем архитектура заметно отличается. Есть небольшой двор с воротами и охранник дежурящий в нем. Открытый коридор-терраса с которого начинаются номера. С него открывается довольно живописный вид на окрестности с большими деревьями у дороги и постоянно заходящими и взлетающими самолетами (аэропорт совсем недалеко).||Район по своему интересный. Английский понимают с трудом, меню на английском тоже нету. Но есть несколько хороших ресторанчиков, где приходится вооружиться переводчиком или объяснять на пальцах. Рядом много кафешек с простыми местными блюдами и низкими ценами. По основной улице ходит автобус, проблем доехать до достопримечательностей или аэропорта не стоит. В 1,5 км. находится BigC, KFC, первый во Вьетнаме Макдональдс и прочие заведения.||Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный, бесплатно согласился хранить несколько дней наш багаж пока у нас была поездка в Бангкок.||Отличный вариант бюджетного проживания в...
