Kin Wander Tan Binh, The Mountain — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

EDIT: I'm editing my previous review due to the adjustments made by the staff to remedy the issues mentioned below. I'm very thankful and impressed with the immediate response from the staff. After sharing my disappointment with the front desk we were able to move to a new room far from the garage. We were also told that another staff member from a different location would be bringing the required equipment to let us pay using credit card. I'm pleasantly surprised with how quickly our concerns were addressed and have subsequently adjusted my review scores. Given my recent experience I would definitely be willing to give this hotel my business again on my next trip, they have really put forth a big effort to remedy the issues I encountered. This place was alright. Very unfortunate that they don't take credit card, although the staff was kind enough to let us pay by cash the following day. Our room was in a terrible spot. The indoor garage where guests park their motorbikes is literally right outside our door. We can hear guests coming and going at all times of the night. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a smile and made sure I felt welcomed. I was particularly impressed by the front desk team, who were always ready to assist with any inquiries and helped me arrange additional services without hesitation. The room was always clean, well-maintained, I truly felt well taken care of during my stay, and the attention to detail made my experience even more enjoyable. Excellent service. Very nice, hotel-quality interior that's overall thoughtfully designed even though there are some hold overs from previous bathroom Vietnamese designs that I've experienced. My biggest requirement is cleanliness and this place does a fantastic job with providing clean rooms with new furnishings. I also love the location. Local traditional foods and coffee in walking distance. If you want to have a modern oasis while experiencing local Sai Gon life, this is a great spot.
