KLy Hotel — Hotel in Hue City

First, I just want to preface this review with the fact that we checked into this hotel after getting off the 12 hour overnight train from Ninh Binh. I'm sure the hotel would be fine for people travelling on a budget, backpacking or only staying one night, but we found the room and amenities just too uncomfortable to deal with after being jostled around on a train the night before. We had booked for two nights but checked out within 2 hours of being there. We were originally approved an early 9am check-in, but when we arrived, we were told check-in was at 2pm. They did hold our luggage for us though, while we wandered the city. When we were finally able to check in, we found that the shower was located basically above the toilet, so the whole bathroom got drenched when we showered. The beds were rock hard, there was no WiFi available, and the hotel instructions information stated we had to leave our room key at the front desk if we left the hotel at any point (picture attached). We only paid about $50 AUD for two nights stay for 3 people, so we just cut our losses and went somewhere more comfortable.
