Read moreThe hotel itself is nice, it’s got a nice layout, pool, bar and restaurant. The room is decent for the price, it was dirty we moved the night stands and found someone’s bunch of used contacts on the floor and as soon as we checked in and received our room the pillow cases were dirty but was swift rectified so there wasn’t much complaints after that, the bathroom especially the shower is really nice, the AC conditioner was nice but kinda weak over all decent. The WiFi was pretty bad, it kept connecting and disconnecting and reconnecting over and over, it was nonexistent our last night there (we stayed from Mon-Fri) when it was a full house.) I had to use my personal hotspot for work and YouTube. (Which is odd because they have wifi routers like everywhere). Oh by the way the elevators have a strict 3 person MAX like no negotiations. My gf and I got on and had another couple get on with us after and we didn’t want to be rude so we had four people in the elevator and it got up between the third and fourth floor and it went BOOM. It got stuck 🤣 it finally got working again and the couple got off at the fourth floor and we ascended to the 8th. Had a really nice view especially on the private balcony you have in the room. Overall really nice hotel compared to many of the options.
THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING. THE BEST. Like if you need any reason to stay there. The BREAKFAST...
Read moreWhat a lovely hotel! From the moment we arrived (2 hours before official check-in time), with a check-in that lasted about 7 minutes, to the large and well equipped room. The hotel is clean and bright and the room large. Staff were welcoming and, because they noticed that we only had one full day in Hue, recommended a tour to us at check-in. We went to our room to consider and decided that there was no way that we could do the whole tour on our own and that $44 was a good price so we signed up for it.
The room had a large balcony with table and chairs over looking the pool. Plenty of plug sockets, even a special one that takes UK plugs, European plugs and Asian plugs in the same socket! Two wardrobes, a safe, a fridge and a large comfy bed.
We ate out one night and in the hotel the next day. The bar meal was good. The only real suggestions that I have are for a small coffee table in the room- there is plenty of space for it, and somehow to increase the pressure in the shower. The water pattern is fine but it is very slow. Breakfast selection could be better.
Check out was good with no silly 'checking the room' whilst keeping us prisoners at the desk like in Hanoi. Very good value hotel with great staff who even lent us umbrellas- which we then lost and had to be delivered back to the hotel. No charge- no...
