Super terrible, inhonest and irresponsible hotel. Not recommended this hotel in the aspect of hospitality safety and responsibility. Poor safety facility and lack of customer service responsibility. We stayed one night at this hotel on last week. My brother's finger was hurt and tendon broken, went operation in Hue Central hospital for few thousand USD medical expenses. The incident was happened due to hotel room toilet mirror was dropped and broken badly. The piece of mirror directly cut finger tendon of my brother, he was sent to hospital by tour guide. After the incident, hotel was not taking any initiative to make compensation to my brother, and even till now after a week. The room toilet has a big mirror with only fixing at 4 corner fasterning without any other support, and it is not even glued/silicon on the wall. The fasterners were drop off and hurt my brother. This hotel having a damn poor safety facility and not taking care well on the customer right and safety. We are seeking of hotel initiative on the compensation, and still waiting yet no any response. Now my brother had to take a long leave and trying to get hospitalisation leave, else it will be unpaid leave for him. Living expenses will be a dificuty for...
Read moreReally disappointed with my stay here, hotel looks stunning in pictures but it's very old and dated and the rooms need a lot of tlc. The bedding and pillows were stained. There was rubbish under the bed. The head board and chairs look like they've been around longer than me. The shower was the worst I've ever used and the tv is old with no option for any apps, which isn't ideal when you are from the UK. I booked a later bus to leave today and ended up just paying 5 times the price for a taxi as the pool was also out of service. I had originally booked this hotel with the plan to chill at the pool on my last day for a few hours before i left but this was not possible. Checking in was a bit awkward where you were asked to go sit down while they did what they had to do. Was also told to confirm the price I paid which was a bit odd. The walls are also paper thin so both days during my stay I was woken around 5.30-6am with guests talking or walking through the halls for breakfast. Location is also pretty poor, about 25-30 minute walk from centre. The concierge was lovely but other than that really poor experience.
Was my 6th hotel that I've stayed in during this trip and was a...
Read moreThe hotel itself is old, but it is good enough. The service though was simply TERRIBLE. We arrived at the hotel at 1 AM pretty tired, and the recepcionist was nothing but rude with us. He made us pay for everything at the check in, and since the dataphone wasn't working, I had to go find an ATM to withdraw cash. He even made us pay for the breakfasts (one of those we actually didn't had in the end, so they had to refund us for it. This is why you usually pay hotels at check out). Additionally we needed to make laundry, and they charge per piece of clothing instead of by weight, which supposed by far the most expensive laundry we did in Vietnam. The worst thing of all is that they returned our clothes all stained as if they had been on the dirty floor before putting them in the washing machine and the washing machine could not have washed them properly. We gave them clothes that were simply sweaty. There are stains that have not been removed to this day. I do not recommend this...
