Beautiful riverside building dedicated as a museum to the life and works of Vietnam's greatest artist, Le Ba Dang who died in 2015. The building makes an ideal showcase for an interesting and diverse cross-section of the artists 2 and 3 dimensional work, and includes photographs, notes and memorabilia from his life mainly in Paris, France. An audio-video documentary including many interviews with him is screened continuously in a small theatre and makes entertaining and enlightening viewing. There is a 30,000d admission fee which is excellent value. I ended up spending an hour and three-quarters here completely fascinated. Highly recommended for anyone with an interest in the arts, cultural history of Vietnam or whoever just likes looking at truly inspiring paintings and sculptures.
