Lumina Villas Cam Ranh — Hotel in Khánh Hòa Province

Unfortunately, what should have been a great experience in a relaxing seaside resort was tainted by an act of petty theft on the day we arrived. Amounts of money in $AUD were stolen from purses of my wife and daughter and from my wallet while briefly unattended most likely in our villa. ||We raised the matter several times with our assigned “butler” and he claimed to have inspected CCTV footage and found nothing of interest. ||There is a very complex relationship between Lumina and Wyndham Gardens in which their villas are situated. When we requested they inspect CCTV footage at Wyndham reception they told us they couldn’t because “Wyndham was nothing to do with them”.||Lumina do not provide safes in their rooms so be warned! ||Needless to say, we are very disappointed about this experience at Lumina as it left us with a very uneasy feeling when we should have been enjoying a relaxing holiday. ||Lumina management have been less than supportive of our claims and almost accusing us of having mishandled our money. They have not provided even so little as an apology let alone any offer of compensation. ||This is our third trip to Vietnam, a country we are very fond of. Я тільки повернувся з відпочинку у Lumina Villas Cam Ranh І з великою вдячністю можу сказати, що це були чудові два тижні. За день перед приїздом мені прислали електронний лист, з контактними номера та детальними інструкціями, як і де знайти рецепцію З початку нам запропонували віллу яка теріторіально знаходиться дальше від моря, і ближче до дороги(де було шумно), ми попросили замінити нам віллу, і нам без проблем це зробили, ми отримали віллу де було тихо, і близько до моря. Коммунікація була у WhatsApp, де нам подали всю потрібну інформацію що стосувалась перебування там, а також узгоджували час прибирання, і також через цей чат можна було замовити баггі, чи звернутись з будь-якої проблеми для її вирішення. Територія велика, все зелено, чисто та добре доглянуто. На території є бар, з якого відкривається чудовий краєвид на басейн, море та гори, ідеальне місце щоб ввечері випити декілька коктейлів. Також тут розташовані два великі бассейни, один з яких мілкий, що добре підходить для дітей, інший глибокий та досить великий. Біля басейну розташований ресторан, в якому можна перекусити, ціни можливо трошки завищені, але страви смачні, особливо хочу звернути увагу на піццу, вона завжди була смачною, соковитою та зі скоринкою. Щодо вілли, то ми залишились задоволенні простором, чистотою та якісним ремонтом. Вся техніка повністю справна, кондеціонери добре працюють.Кожна вілла має свій власний басейн, хоч і невеликий, але щоб поплавати вистачає. Кухня оснащенна усим, що потрібно для приготування їжі. Прибирання було один раз в два дні, цього в цілому достатньо, але не завжди чистили попільничку, рушники міняли кожен день, декілька раз забували залишити рушнички для обличчя, але написавши в чат, все було виправлено в найкоротший термін. Як підсумок, я хочу сказати що це були чудових два тижні відпочинку та релаксу. Це тихе, спокійне та красиве місце, де не треба спішити, а лише насолоджуватися, морем, теплом, та свіжим повітрям. Тут зможе відпочити кожен, чи то закохана пара, чи сім'я з дітьми, чи весела компанія друзів. Щиро дякую Lumina Villas Cam Ranh, та персоналу цього готелю, за приємно проведений час, а також окреме дякую батлеру Nhan, який був дуже привітним та швидко вирішив наше питання, щодо заміни вілли.
