Garnet Hotel — Hotel in Nha Trang City

We came to Garnet hotel and first situation we saw is that staff (two young guys) are eating lunch and when we walked in, they were totally confused. They don't know one word in English so they used phone and google translate to communicate. One of the guys couldn't explain me where and when the breakfast should be served. They gave me keys and when we went to the room I couldn't believe they can charge vnd 2.600.000 (about $115) for two nights for such a dirty room! Walls were covered with coffee or drinks stains, I am not sure. Curtain was almost on the floor. Half of the bathroom was broken and glasses were dirty, actually, room looked like nobody cleaned it for a long time...Towels looked like old floor rugs. ここからは私のこのホテルでの思い出です。 私はこのホテルで貝と鯉を食べました。出前です。 1000kでした。この地域の相場としては高級な部類となります。 配達料金は150kで1時間程かかりました。 配達員自身には残念ながらやる気が感じられませんでした。

貝と鯉の出前を利用する場合、多くの場合SMSの送信が必須となります。 zalo等でも注文を受けてけてくれる業者も居ますが、選択肢は非常に狭くなります。 私は空港でSMSを送信できるSIMを入手しなかった事を後悔しています。

肝心の貝の方は明らかに養殖ものの4年貝と推定され、産卵の跡が確認されました。 4年貝にしては無駄な脂身が無く締まった身でしたが、養殖により肥大化させられた身は非常に硬い物でした。 こんなに海水を無理に注入されて、貝は痛みを感じないのかと心配になります。 また朽城等も一切無く、1000kとしては非常に質の悪い貝だったと思えます。 近くの別のホテルで出前を取った700kの貝の方が良かったです。 1000kだからと言って天然ものの良質な貝が届くとは限らず、養殖コストがかかった貝が届く事もあると言う事ですね。
